Assisting UJVNL in preparation of tender document of Hydo-Mechanical works including tender drawings in association with CWC & obtaining approval from CWC

Review of design & drawing of HM works submitted by vendors & getting its approval from CWC.

Finalization of quality assurance plan for hydro mechanical works & customer hold points for manufactures items,obtaining approval of CWC & review of test results

Assisting UJVNL in inspection and quality control during manufacturing of HM equipments at Vendors workshop

Assisting UJVNL in Inspection and quality control during erection of HM works/equipments at site.

Asssisting UJVNL with Third party quality control of E&M works during inspection at manufacturer works.

Assisting UJVNL by deployment of EM experts in quality control of E&M works during erection at site.

Site Visit charges of Experts (Dam, Under-ground power House, HM, EM )as and when desired by UJVNL (1. excluding site visits as mentioned in above items 2. List of identified subject experts shall be got approved well in advance from UJVNL).

Providing manpower for consistent monitoring of project progress during construction which includes quality control and quality assurance of civil works, supervision of major civil construction activities and carrying out all associated project management services as mentioned in scope of work.
