Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles Laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D2 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 60 mm thick, machine made, Ist quality, precast cement concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver blocks / tiles of triangular / zigzag / hexagonal / I in shape or shape and designe as approved with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade laid over complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mmx 20 to 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Endura super grip series 2 coloured tiles of size 300x300mmx 10mm thick, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Endura super grip series 2 coloured tiles of size 300x300mmx 10mm thick, in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cm(1:3) on vertical surfaces for laying tiles complete all as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B2 1:2:4 using (40mm graded aggregate) as in footpath/paving/Hard standing finishing cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A'. 100mm thick concrete complete all as directed.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonry built in cement mortar of any description in any position complete all as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:10) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry except solid blocks of PCC (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation ,filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type C-1 (1:3:6) as in surface channel and drain Complete all as specified and directed

M & L for factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of size 300X300X100mm PCC grade M-15 (design mix)and of shape and size as directed , set jointed and pointed cement and sand mortar (1:4) fixed in repairs with and including necessary excavation and earth work and making good the disturb surfaces to match with the existing surfaces including removal and disposal of rubbish complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on concrete/ fair surfaces of block masonry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B 0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping exposed surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms , moulds , mitred / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The retreived materials have been mentioned in the Sch of credit in the tender documents in pdf form. The amount of Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance.
