Cutting in earth work in all heights/depths in all kinds of soil such as kankar, moorum, single and decomposed or soft rock, hard rock i.e. their intermediate classifications and chiselling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited including saturated soils & filling embankments etc.where necessary & disposal of exacavated unserviceable material through mechnically transporation, the disposal of same will be done by contractor up to all leads & lifts and nothing extra on this account will be paid upto any extent/ reasons what so ever. Any damage to the private/public property during execution will be restored by the contractor what so ever the nature of the same may be. The serviceable material will be stacked in specified dimensions in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto all leads & lifts also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By Mechanical Means including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,balconies and access platform

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
