S & F of 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of ceiling boards of any description and any thickness including cover fillets and frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anodised aluminium snap grid having Size of grid 605 x 605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 9mm thick PVC laminated gypsum ceiling tiles size of 600mm x 600mm, square edge, front side laminated PVC and back side aluminium foil complete all as specified and directed. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and rubbish off the primises complete all as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes like tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items i.e. ashlar facing dressing stone work, precast concrete articles etc of any description and in any position built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 having ratio of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhats / frames n exc 1.50 sqm each without taking off shutter each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of chowkhats / frames exc 1.50 sqm but n exc 4.00 sqm each without taking off shutter each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L For Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of aluminium anodised 200 mm barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of aluminium handle 150 mm cast type anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 100 mm butt hinges extruded aluminium alloy with galvanized mild steel hinges pin anodised type `C'-22 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3, universal type,suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 5.5 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted, on one side with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade (AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete / fair surfaces of block masonary and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch "A' as supply only

M & L for preparing plastered on wall surfaces with two coat cement base paint of any description not otherwise described over complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floors/paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above GL) and disposing off rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and all other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete inter locking paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as directed by manufacturer on steel members including scaffoldings of any height complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M & L for Providing precast cement concrete using Type B1 1 : 2 : 4 (20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1 : 4 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers nexc 25cm with soil into excavated trenches

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified & directed .

M & L for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified & directed .

Supply only, PVC Coated chain link fencing having wire outer dia 5mm and wire mesh size of 50mm x 50mm complete all as specicfied and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing incliding fline wires, any mesh , size and type fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., incliding provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed Note : Supply only chain link fencing and line wire will be measeured and paid separetly.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or grith and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M & L point wiring for 15 amps socket point controlled by one, one way switch by using 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, pvc insulated unsheathed FRLS cables in and including PVC casing & capping with all accessories/ fittings, modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame fitted with screws, washers and 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor green PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and make wall/panels,floors, etc. to match with the existing good surfaces of walls,panel,floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed ny Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair LED luminaire 600mmX600mm,35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver , holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size cpmplete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix MCB SPN capacity 32 amp, 'C' series , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts of 'B' series to be housed in DBs and suitable size cable lugs to be fixed with MCBs as in replacement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 10 Amp 240 V complete all as specified.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
