Demolition of precast concrete block walling and similar items ie. ashlar facing dressed stone work, precast concrete articles etc.,of any discription and in any position, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches and pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed) exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of Old or New surface brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered sufaces of walls & applying 2 coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic designer tiles, joint free, coloured tiles( 400x400) 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile laid over and includin screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured tiles , each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm mm thick on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for verified dark/ light shade ceramic designer tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors and kirtings and dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing unserviceable mild steel water tubing and connections 25 mm dia, any grade, of any description or in any position including fittings complete S & F in repair unplastisized PVC pipe, 25 mm dia (nominal) of pressure rating 10 per centimeter square complete with fittings and fixed to walls/ ceiling/floors etc in required length complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St-240 with MS Bolts including washer and MS gusset plate any thickness etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes, mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
