Taking up U/S CI /DI/ GI/PVC water main (incl all fittings) with spigot & socket /MS pipe or any other type of pipe & lead joint incl burning out joint & recovering lead from pipe of 100 mm bore for laying /rerouting of serviceable pipe after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 1 above but 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour DI pipes of size 100 mm bore with spigot & socket centrifugally cast class "K- 7" , in any length laid in trenches/on surface/ over masonary pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed.(Make- kejriwal casting/ kesoram/electro steel). Note: DI fitting /lead joint / Tyton joint will be measured and paid seperately. All the dismantled / demolished /taking down material shall be reused or removed from site.

Supply and Fixing in any length UPVC pipe 75 mm dia pipe manufactured as per ASTM-D-1785 as per IS-559, Schedule-40 complete with all fittings,connections, laid in trenches/wall in required length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L DI bend any type radius and angle tapers any type, straight bend (increacing & decreacing or double socket etc) tee pipe single branch 'Y' junction double branch cross (all socket and spiogat collars caps and plug for the pipe socket & spiogat of the size upto 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.( lead /gasket for fitting shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for ruber gasket joint/ tyton joint for CI / DI pipe of size 80 to 200 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully U/S cast iron sluice valve of size 150/ 100 mm bore from CI water mains complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 7 above but 80 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cast iron gate /sluice valve of size 150 mm dia stainless steel stem PN- 1.6 (Flanged) conforming to IS 14846 alongwith hand wheel operated complete all as specified and directed. Make - Zoloto/Kirloskar/Kartar

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Hard standing cutting/road cutting for laying of pipe and making surface good with PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Construction of new PCC solid Masonary valve chamber of size 1000 X1000 X 900 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets alround over 100 mm thick hard core , 200 mm thick PCC solid block walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, with out using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/Dense soil 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 25 mm X 25 mm X 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coaping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for necessary servicing of RO plants and equipment by repair/ replacement of old rusted existing Pipes, nuts, bolts washers, SS fittings, cables, wires, misc items reqd to make functional the RO plant, incl preparation of old painted surfaces by removing of dust & dirt, painting of the complete RO plant as per existing colour code by spray painting applied two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Testing of water to reqd TDS as per BIS and producing test report and marking all the existing letters/ SM Nos/ all plant specification complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs RO Membranes Brakish Water Spiral (CPA3) type, capacity 3000 LPH, pressure 12 Kg/Sqcm, MOC Cellulose Polyamide, of Filteration grade 97-98% Salt Rejection of Size 8040 complete with pressure vessels, RO membrane connectors complete all as specified and directed. Make : Toray/LG/ Hydranautics.

Supply only high strength calcium based granular containing appropriate quantities of chlorination dipensates / corrosion inhibitors to prevent encrustation / scaling in distribution system in 45 / 50 Kg packing of approved and tested from Govt lab or equivalent testing agency (not more than 02 months old packing) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement end Cap Plug of size up to 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling the water mains from the delivery lines, lifting/taking up GI/UPVC/HDPE Column pipes, pumping sets of any description and in any position including submersible cable after disconnecting pumping sets from cable, repairs to the defective submersible cable and jointing of submersible cable, pump and motors by using water proofing jointing kit, and also jointing of crack/leaked HDPE pipe with MS sheet jointing clamp,rubber sheet, nut, bolts and washer etc replacement of defective column pipes, and including Lowering of submersible pump Sets, submersible cable, column pipes, reonnecting main delivery mains as existing and testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge in bore wells at various locations under GE(A) Bhuj Note: 1 Repair to Motor & Pumping sets, cable and column pipes etc. shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out and lowering pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Lifting of defective submersible pumping set of any make and capacity from bore well after providing lifting tools, chain pulley etc. as required, by disconnecting/dismentling all electric connections, column pipes, steel ropes/chain and keeping them under safe custody for reuse all complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : (i) The cost of transportation of the defective submersible pumping sets( pump or motor ) from site to workshop & back is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Repair of motor and pump measured separately (iii) Refixing of column pipe to be done after proper descaling using steel wire brush

Dismantling and strip opening of submersible pump & motor of any description and in any position for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts and reassembling the pump and motor, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities pumps & motors :- (a) 20 to 40 HP, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these item. (ii) Burnt out windings of motor shall be replaced, measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) (a) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation of pumps/ motors to and from workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at authorised workshop. (b) Re-metalling to Pump shaft, polishing and grinding and making standard size to matching with Gun Metal Bush / Neck-ring shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ (iv) Lifting of pump and motor from bore well and lowering of pump and motor after repairs shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.-

M&L for rewinding of burnt submersible motor 20 to 40 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz of any make with water proof insulated copper conductor of the same specification as per old one after dismantling / cutting out burnt windings from stator assembly, cleaning slots properly complete with insulating slots packing, sleeves, papers & reassembling stator and rotor after replacement of worn out spares/matching works including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of motor external surface and water proof jointing for submersible cable 3 core, with replacement of oil seal, sand guard, bolt gusket, cable packing ring, water seal, bearing bush upper & lower etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of Water for physical, bacteriological /Chemical analysis, as per stranded/IS code test from any Govt. Approved/recognized Lab or NABL approved Lab or as approved by the GE. Sample should be collected by Ref of lab. Note: (i) Testing of water shall be carried out monthly.if contractor fails to carry out the test, 500 rupees for each report shall be recovered per month.

S&F in replacement Pressure booster pump set 5 HP ,230 Volt, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of defective centrifugal/ induction/ monoblock /openwell pump set of any make/model for repairing and reassembling including replacement of defective spare parts by new one of capacity 2 to 15 HP pump sets, including required MS stud with nuts and bolts etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Spare parts of the centrifugal pump sets shall be measured and paid separately under relavent item of schedule.) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation of pumps/ motors to and from workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at authorised workshop.

M & L for rewinding of centrifugal/ induction/ monoblock /openwell motor of capacity 2 HP Motor. after taking out all burnt ,U/s copper winding wire, cleaning and finishing of the casing and slots properly for rewinding the motors with existing SWG super enameled copper wire including varnishing ,baking ,testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.72 here in above but 3 HP complete all as specified and directed.

(Note:-1. All type of T & P, Labour & pumping set etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the sump at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 3 mtr around the plinth of the tank.)

Cleaning inside RCC OH reservoirs capacity 100000 gallons at 22 metre staging including removing deposit sand from inside the tank scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus deposits starins using wire brush filling of cavaties inside of tank with cm 1:1with quick cement and applying one coat of white wash inside including dome & writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed including repair to wash out system if required for proper flushing of over head tank. (Note :-1. All type of T&P and Labour etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the Tank at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 5 mtr around from the plinth of the tank.)

M & L for repairing and attending complaint for day to day one job basis of no water supply in MD/OTM buildings at Mil Stn Gandhidham, water leckage, line blockage etc arrangement of all T&P and ladder, excavation & earth work if any , replacement of pipe of any size & type upto 1 Mtr/ broken nipple/ elbow/ union/ long/ bend/ reducer/clamp/ screw complete including threading/ cutting of pipe as required any type & size at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair monoblock pump set of capacity 2 HP, head & discharge as per existing, including taking down unserviceable, electric connection from starter to pump set with adequate rating of copper wire, necessary socket arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/ removing of hurbs, shrubs, upto 25 mm dia grith of bushes from ground level and grass in ihe entire area of installation / Pump house area and deposited outside 100 Mtrs from Pump House, complete all as specified and directed. Note : All cutting tools shall be provided by contractor.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
