PROVISION OF EARTHING PITS AND 15 KVA ISOLATION TRANSFORMER FOR NC3I SYSTEM AT CGDHQ-4, FORT KOCHI.

Amount

(a) Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Isolation transformer 15 KVA, 1-phase with input voltage range 220-230 volt and output voltage range 220-230 volt, frequency 50Hz, cooling mode natural or air cooling, insulation resistance > 50 M ohm, electrical strength 3000 AC/min, noise <35 db at one meter, over load capacity such that it allow more than 1.2 times rated load to work for 1 hour, impedece voltage about 6%, working tepm range -15 deg C to +45 deg C, inclosure protection grade IP24, winding of the isolation transformer shall be made of copper wire having work efficiency more than 98%, voltmeter shall be provided to display input and output voltage complete with suitable clamp/fixing arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 01 qty. (b) M & L for tripod Chemical Earthing complete with nickel sealed copper bonded rod of size 32mm dia x 3 meter long x 250 Microns with tinned & pressed terminals by providing a boaring of 7 dia inch vertically to a depth not less than 3.25 meters below the normal ground level with top edge of the rode shall be below normal GL and connected to copper strip of 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper and resistance of the earthing shall be less than 0.5 ohm by using highly conducting carbon based RoHS & TCLP tested chemical including earth pit chamber of size 24x24 cm PVC complete including necessary test on completion all as specified and as directed. - 2 set. (c) Supply & fix copper strip 32mm x 6mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip on wall/floor complete with suitable clamp/fixing arrangements all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 40RM. (d) Supply & fixing MCB SPN 63 Amp rating 240 volt, 10 KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 01 qty. (e) Supply & fixing MCB SP 5 to 32 Amp rating 240 volt, 10 KA 'C' curve complete with connection testing and commissioning with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 02 qty. (f) Supply & fixing MCCB, thermal magnetic release, 4 pole, 415 volts, 125 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA Ics =100% Icu complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. -1 qty (g) M & L for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 1100 volt grade heavy duty FRLS cable PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded single core of 10sq mm including with one run of 10 sq mm single core PVC insulated & unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in PVC casing & caping of suitable size, conduct fitting with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. - 25 RM. (h) Supply & fixing sheet metal enclosure IP 43 VTPN with MCCB Incomer Distribution Board, Loadline DBs are fitted with Bus Bars, Neutral Links, Blanking Plates (without MCCB) triple pole & neutral, duble door, 4-way metallic modular distribution board conforming to IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for FP RCCB / RCBO / Isolator / MCCB as incomer and TPN/SP MCBs as outgoing, reversible metal door, copper bushbar for each phase, fully insulated & shrouded neutral bar, earth bar, wiriest & cable ties for management, profited masking sheet, etc. having IK 09 & IP 43 protection complete all as specified and directed. -01 qty.
