Supply and placing of the RCC M20 Grade Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using 60% of mixer 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) 40% of 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, cement 350Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) of SAIL/VSP/TATA (Fe 415/Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and typing and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming frills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental,operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S.

Supply and delivery of R.C.C NP-3 Socket and spigot pipes confirming to BIS No.458/1988 including cost, transportation to work spot and stacking etc.,complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Lowering, laying and jointing of RCC S/s pipes carefully into the readymade trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water with a water lead up to 500 meters including cost of rubber rings as per BIS No. 783/1985 etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Labour charges for laying and jointing of precast concrete blocks for paving with available M-40 grade and thickness not less than 80 mm for Medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 as per drawings and technical specifications including cost of sand for bedding & jointing, cost of water but excluding cost of recast concrete blocks and all labour charges, sundries etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Carting away the surplus excavated earth up to 1.0 Km. beyond the initial lead including loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
