Supply and fixing of MCB, DB double door type, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet flushed in wall, load line distribution board TPN vertical, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar , 415 volts IP-43, with PVC MCB blanking plates, stove enamelled, dust and vermin proof including MCCB 4P 16 kA as incomer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Highbay light fitting with pressure die-cast housing, integrated PC optics and 100 lm/w efficiency, 4KV inbuilt and 10KV external surge protection, IP66 ingress protection with additional chain of capacity 70 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT cable route indicator duly painted with grey colour synthetic enamel paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer, oval shape of size 200mmx150mmx6mm thick cast iron disc with letters embossed and fixed on 25mmx25mmx5mm thick MS angle iron for 50mm long including necessary PCC in 1:3:6 type C1 cement concrete 20mm aggregate and 15mm thick plastering all around below ground level of size 650mmx300mmx250mm embedded in PCC block all as specified.

Shifting of existing High galvanized mast light pole of height 15.00 mtr along with Flood light fitting all acessories i.e control panel, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including demolation of existing RCC foundation and making new RCC foundation as per existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Prvn of M.S Tree Guard 1.50 Mtrs high above with MS wiremesh of size 78 x 37 mm and 2 mm dia of wire and MS angle iron 20 x 20 x 3 mm verticals (3 Nos) & MS flats 14 x 3 mm around the tree guard (3 Nos top , middle and bottom) equally spaced and embedded vertical angles in PCC 1: 3:6 Type B-I including excavation in post holes and removal of excavated material to a n.exc 5 mtr and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide primer to tree guard and all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of planted trees and lawn area for two year after certified date of completion issued by GE (Srl item No 23 & 24 above) by employing one experienced mali per day. The maintenance shall includes the following. (a) Periodical de-weeding of unwanted vegetation growth around the plants/lawn area (b) Watering all the trees/plants/grass and soil with required for proper growth. (c) Periodical prunning the shrubs. (d) Periodical lawn mowing (e) Treating the trees/plants grass and soil with required quantity of approved manure,pesticides and fertilizer including necessary toping of red earth (f) Replacement of dried/dead plants/trees. (g) Hose pipe to be arranged by the contractor. (h) Water shall be supplied by Deptt only for watering to plants.
