SCHEDULE 'A'

M&L for Taking down ceiling fan any make and sweep, cleaning externally and internally by removing Electrical connections, Fan rod, Clamp, Rubber bush etc..for repalcement of fan rod with Anti suicidal rod and Refixing of fan duly clean in all respect with new fan rod complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber bush for shackle with clamp, bolt, nut, washers and lock pin suitable for Ceiling fan anti suicidal fan rod of 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep complete all as secified and dirtected.

S & F of Smart Fan Rod / Anti Suicide Fan Rod bearing capacity not exceed to 25 kgs it should suitable for any company of fan and length not less than 300mm and not more than 1500mm (as same as existing rod lenght) complete all as Specified and directed . Note :- (i) The contractor should submit Guarantee certificate for 5 years and test certificate from the manufacturer with construction details . (ii) The fan rod shall be epoxycoated / painted with anticorrosive paint. (iii) The fan rod should be ISI marked. (iv) Quoted rates are deemed to be included for all the above provisions and any other requirements as per manufactures instructions.

S&F in replacement Three core 0.5 sqmm flexible multi strandard copper wire for connecting ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan to ceiling rose all as specified and as directed.

S&F submain wiring with two run of single core cable FRLS PVC insulated sheathed cable 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm copper multistranded conductor including and on surface rigid PVC conduit of dia 20mm fixed on wall/ceiling including 4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded for earth wire connected to earth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F modular switch socket combination 16A, 6 pin, 3 module complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 Module Cover Plate with frame and Metal Flush Box fixed on walls/ tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, SP 10 Amps to 20 Amps, C Curve, 10 kA, Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable flat or circular stranded of size 10 Sqmm including taking down old unsv service cable complete all as specified

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with earth galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected with galvanized earth lead GI strip 32X6 by means of bolts, check nut and washers of GI or steel, GI pipe medium grade of 40 mm bore as protection pipe, GI strip of length not more than 7.5 mtr and connected to test point.
