M &L for preparation of decorated / undecorated surfaces of walls, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer in camoflage pattern, exterior grade, complete including complete removal of existing surface finish and necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work, as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old plastered or unplastered, surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 2 above but on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, stopping nails holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) cement plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 in 1st base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (3% by weight) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4, finish the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.
