Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment from top of roof and canopies / chajjas of buildings including taking out earthing strip, electric cable and refixing earthing strip and cable at the same place after execution of APP membrane including removing the debris outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the debris outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/ chajjas with water proofing compound @ 3 % of weight of cement and making plastered surfaces to receive water proofing treatment (finished fair and even) and preparing, clean and dry plastered roof surfaces and applying APP modified water proofing membrane mineral finish with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat not less than 3mm thick having weight not less than 3kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumenous filler/ primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 and applying @ 250gm/ Sqm through approved applicator and applying all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under relevant item of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3 % of weight of cement and finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under relevant item of BOQ.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting/opening out cracks to in existing wall surfaces, cleaning loose material, filling with crack fillers and finishing the surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm single socketed in any length in wall as spout pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dence soil on RCC structure manualy/carefully without any demage to existing structure and dumping at ground floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and leveling in layers not exc 25 cm thick over existing roof complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. The excavated material obtained from item No.16 above shall be used under this item. 2. The existing roof height is 1.5 m to 3.00 m from ground level.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conformiing to I S 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete solid block masonry exc.10 cm in width and setting in morttar complete type C 1 1:3:6( 20mmgraded aggregate ) and set in 1:6 CM complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L in repairs fiber cement 6 mm thick corrogated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with l-type or j-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface over a coat of red oxide incl preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.
