M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm and 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in the proportion as directed exc 10cm in width and set and jointed in C M 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls / celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster and disposing off the rubbish off the premises of cantonment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces/stone masonary and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made IInd class hard wood (not less than Hollock wood) glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass / gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with moulded beads both sides for securing glass etc {size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 (a) of section 8 of SSR - I} supplied and fitted to chowkat complete all as specified and directed.
