Outsource of service for cleaning/dusting/sweeping of all Office rooms, corridors, open area around the building up to boundary wall and roads, cleaning of windows and doors, rearranging furniture, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms/toilets, WCs, WHB, Urinals, floors, corridors, maintaning of garden and removing cobweb, watering of plants, cutting of shrubs on all days excluding Sunday and Holidays including provision of broomsticks, brushes and other cleaning materials/accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Minimum No of Safaiwala to be provided per day-01 No. (b) Working Hours per Day 0830 Hrs to 1630 Hrs. (c) Qualification : Minimum qualification of 5th standard with relevant experience. (d) All conservancy staff shall wear proper uniform as approved. (e) Disinfection/cleaning chemicals shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (f) Any T & P required for safety of individual working shall be Contractor's supply in timely and of full responsible of the Contractor.
Supply only following items for day to day house keeping and conservancy services to upkeep the offices and installations with manpower vide item No-01 above complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-
