Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- incharge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (i) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- i) RCC work in beams, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral staircases excluding precast spiral staircase. a) 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) - Lintel

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Vide item no-5

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for: ii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank - Lintel

12 mm cement plaster of mix i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (i) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
