M &L for preparation of old decorated / undecorated surfaces of walls , AC sheet, soffits of chajjah of any description and at any position and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint, exterior grade, complete including necessary scaffolding arrangement for carrying out the work , as required all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation old plastered or unplastered, surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 2 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, stopping nails holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood of any description not other wise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description and in any position over 10 CM width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including necessary scaffolding arrangement as required at site all as specified and directed

M & L for cutting and widening existing cracks not exc 1cm in girth in'V" shape in wall and then filling in CM 1:3 including making good to facings complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down of cement plaster from surfaces of wall of any description including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water etc including complete treatment if any all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats of cement plaster on brick / concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, 10mm thick as in base coat and 2nd coat 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water profing compund (3% by weight) complete all as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 , finished the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:4 , finish the surface even and smooth wihout using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as per specified and directed

Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), incl chequred tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core with broken stone of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) finish fair as in plinth protection including filling joints with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base finished even and fair complete all as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in floor finishing and hardstanding / PCC path etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with preformed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed wuth sealing compound with Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey pigment cement and pigments in floors and laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in repairs for factory made machine pressed precast concrete, rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade fixed with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab in patch work 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of slab including grinding polishing single piece of stone on steps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) pre-polished in cooking platforms and like fixed with neat cement slury over 15mm thck cement mortar (1:4) including pointing using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonary walling with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates), exc 10cm in width and sett in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete, type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregatein windows or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quion blocks (for use with masonary), string courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, piers caps etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 joints to match all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated/painted surfaces of walls, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M & L painting steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over newly prepared steel surface complete all as specified and directed.
