Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice vave (with hand wheel) conforming to BIS 14846 (Latest with upto date ammendments ) PN-1.6 with nominal seat pressure 10.20 kg/cm2 of following class of Kirloskar/Leader make of dia i/c brass spindle as per IS 2906 class -II complete (The cost of MS Flanges to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. (in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees dressing of beds, and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/ metalled/ paved surfaces to its original condition including soring, strutting, timbering and dewatering where ever houses, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
