Manning and operation of Lifts for G+5 storey buildings at GTC area and Dadwara area (1x Group of 5 Lifts in 20 blocks) by employing 12 (Twelve) Nos of ITI qualified lift attendant round the clock (Four lift attendants per shift in three shifts of 8 hours each per day) for smooth and trouble free operation on all working days, Sundays, holidays and national holidays, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (i) The contractor shall employe only ITI qualified lift attendants with atleast two years experience in operation of lift and arrange the shift to provide atleast one weekly off to every duty person. (ii) The contractor shall provide protective cloths & hand tools to their employees like overall combination/dress with name plate, plier, screw driver, spanners etc. (iii) It will be responsible of the contractor to get the life of his employees working under this contract insured through an IRDA approved Insurance Company. Value of life insurance shall be minimum Rs. 2.00 Lakh per employee.
Item 1.00 Contd……. (iv). The contractor shall be liable for any damage to the lifts and thier equipments while operating the same and will rectify the defects without any extra cost. (v) Printed daily Log sheet, attendance register and other documents shall be maintained by the lift attendant on duty. (vi) Contractor shall ensure that attendant on duty closes his duty as required at site and directed by JE and Engineer in Charge. (vii) Daily log sheet will be got checked/signed by the attendant from JE every day and he will submit the log sheet at AGE E/M office daily for record as per time given by the Engineer in Charge.
