Manual operation of electrically operated lifts of any capacity, any type and make at Naushakti Vihar to serve any number of floors by providing separate lift operator (semi skilled) in each shift of 8 hours duration per each lift, including taking care of from any pilferage, theft or damage etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Out sourcing : One lift operator (semi skilled) per shift of 08 Hrs for each lift. Total No of lifts: 16 Nos MO(V) - 13 lifts (General shift) (excluding all Sundays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) WED(V) - 01 lift (General shift) (excluding all Sundays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) BV YARD - 01 lift (General shift) (excluding all Sundays and 2nd Saturday of respective month) CE (Navy) type V quarter - 01 lift (Ist & II nd shift) including sundays and holidays Shifts & timings:- Ist shift - 0630 Hrs to 1430 Hrs IInd shift - 1430 Hrs to 2230 Hrs General Shift - 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs

Notes : (a) In case of non function of passenger lifts, the goods lift installed in the same building to be operated as directed. (b)The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair/ replacement of perished/ unserviceable, minor adjustments, minor repairs of all accessorises, cleaning /up keeping of lift & surrounding area. (c) One emergency light and necessary tools should be available in a tool box with operator for smooth functioning of installations. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and replace CSXi soft starter 3 phase, 50 Hz suitable for 75 HP pumpset including replacement of burnt lugs and wiring kits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Jungle cleaning by cutting and clearing away all grass vegetation, wild growth, sapling, shrubs, brushwoods, under growth roots, cutting of bushes, tree trunk of girth not execeeding 30 cm, cutting of trunk, portion protuding over ground, filling holes and leveling of ground and removing unserviceable materials to a distance n.exe 50m, complete all as speicified

Supply and replace 200 mm bore CI sluice valves PN 1.6 (raising type) conforming to IS 14846 flanged end with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle flanged joints including necessary nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.4 above but of size 150 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.4 above but of size 100 mm dia.

All as per SL item No.4 above but of size 80 mm dia.

M & L for dismantling of 80 mm dia defective sluice valve for repairs such as repacking the stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refacing, grinding, stuffing and threading of spindle, replacement of worn out check nut, repairs to gate assembly, replacement of jointing materials such as rubber sheets, nuts, bolts & washers, gland rope and refixing the same in its original position, testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace 200 mm bore CI foot valve, flanged type with necessary rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and washers complete all specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of cubical housing cabinet type (outdoor) LT feeder piller box type, plinth mounted, totally enclosed dust and verming proof openable from front side, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated overall size to accomodate the following and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work, having front hinged doors, lifting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers and apply spray paint with powder coated painting, the panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be accomdated with 100 Amps capacity solid aluminium busbar 1100 volts grade having sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size including necessary PCC foundation of suitable size as directed by Engr-in-charge and to accommodate and including the following and taking down existing U/s one complete

Note:- a) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of MCCB's, busbar, voltmeter, control wiring, CT, instrument fuze holder, LED indication lamps.

Supply, laying XLPE insulated PVC FRLS, screened , PVC bedded and PVC tape sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 Sq mm including taking out old un-serviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for foundation, of pipe lines etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' bricks of old size (23x11x7cm) laid along aligment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and replace 160 Amps ON- LOAD change over switch 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 160 Amps with SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.29 above but of size 200 Amps capacity.

All as per SL item No.29 above but of size 400 Amps capacity.

Supply and replacement of hose reel drum of 19mm dia and 30 metre length conforming to IS-5132 including gun metal hose reel cap (shank) suitable for double hydrant control valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement 63 mm dia canvas pipe 15 metre long hose pipe confirming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling confirming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and replacement of single hydrant stand post made of MS pipe of size 80 mm bore heavy grade, 1.50 m height with 90°, duck foot bend both end flanged and including welding if required to suit single fire hydrant valve and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply, fix, testing and commissioning new 24 Volts, 180 AH in-built Battery charger including removing existing unserviceable one complete all as directed

M&L masonary valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (Internal dimensions) and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping, 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron, 3 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement, painting exposed steel surfaces with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling old unserviceable one compete all as specified and directed.
