B&R PORTION

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of PCC (1:5:8) exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) slab of approved shade as in flooring, platform etc; bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding & polishing (mirror polish) (i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite (of any type) work as in wall lining (veneering to wall) over and including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:3 & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone including cutting, grinding & polishing (mirror polish) i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice over circular wall of fountain & similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (COLOURED) 300mmx 200mmx 7mm thick including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match existing shade over complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION

S&F foam jet fountain nozzle gun metal chromium plated size inner dia 25 mm ,outer dia 38 mm and 150 mm height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Dadeliyan Dome nozzel with brass metal bowl size 10 inch,dome size 72 inch and gun metal nozzel 72 Nos with 5 ft pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angular valve gun metal chromium plated size inner dia 25 mm ,outer dia 38 mm and 65 mm height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plumbing work 4 inch dia of all valve, unioun pipe of "B" class ISI mark complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submersible monoblock pump 10 HP/7.5 KW with inlet filter 2900 RPM complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Electric panel board out door type with all accessories for 10 HP motor control complete all as specified and directed.

Installation ,testing & commissioning of complete fountain complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED base water proof programmble colour changing light LED-108 Nos 18 volt DC ,27 watt size 200 mm dia & height -30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for necessary electric work such as conduit pipe 3 core submersible cable etc required for installation and smooth functioning of water fountain complete all as specified and directed.

S&F microprocessing controller with 18 volt transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size LT 1100 Volt, grade with aluminium conductor of size 4.0 core 25 sqmm

M&L for dry sand filling in cable trenches for protection of cables in two layers below and above cable and punned down to speicified thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned down thickness shall only be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade of 32 mm dia complete with elbows, couplers, etc and with MS clamps, nuts, bots, washers etc for fixing of pipe to wall/ floor and laying in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay unplasticiscd PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches of size 25 mm dia bore.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Screwing existing steel/ PVC tubing for alterations or additions of size 40 mm (or lengthening screw on pipe to form connector) in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
