Opening and closing of all access doors per field (each job consists of 18 nos Doors)

Replacement/ Repairing of inner arms or outer arms or both with hammers (each job consists of 10 Nos)

Replacement/Repairing of bent shock bars

Cleaning and clearing of heavily accumulated ash in the Ash hoppers and inspection of air leaks in hoppers.

Replacement/ alignment of rapping shafts

Leveling of suspended frames inside the ESP

Replacement/ hard facing of eroded/ cracked grip couplers of EERM drive shafts

Replacement/Repairing of EERM drive shaft bearings( each job consists of 4 Nos)

Replacement of worn out/ inspection and missing bolts, nuts,cleaning of collecting electrodes and checking of clearances between the collecting electrodes and emitting frame(I JOB=4 Passes)

Tack welding of inner arms and plain bearings for both EERM and CERM drive shaft system (each job consists of 5 Nos fields )

Welding of cracked collecting electrode in ESP fields ( each job consists of 8 Nos fields).

Replacement/repairing of damaged pin wheels(each job consists of 4 Nos).

Carrying out inspection of one ESP field and welding of sheared collecting electrodes/Electrode in ESP fields

Carrying out inspection of one field for tracing the snapped emitting electrodes and removing the same on ESP fields

Carrying out inspection of one field cleaning of ash in its hoppers of ESP.

Replacement of plain bearings assemblies, dismantling the worn out bearings of rapping shafts of collecting ,emmiting and GD (each job consists of 10 Nos)

Replacement and repairing of pin wheels, pads, thrust bearings and alignment of EERM drive shaft and pin wheels.

General Overhauling of EERM gear box

General Overhauling of CERM and GDRM gear box

Welding of leaking joints in the ducts and hoppers(each job consists of 10 mtrs)

Hard facing of Emitting electrode frame where the hammer is striking the frame.

Fabrication of "U" clamps for collecting

Welding of "U" clamps for collecting electrodes at the top, bottom and middle(each job consists of 50Nos)

straightening of badly damaged and bent straightening of badly damaged and bent collecting electrodes in ESP passes of Boiler,welding of U- guides and carrying out alignment of collecting electrodes to maintain gap between the collecting electrodes

Lifting of dislodged collecting Electrode Lifting of dislodged collecting Electrodes(3 Nos)

Inspection, clearing of ash from heater section and arresting of ash ingress into ESP fly ash hoppers chamber

The Contractor/Firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/Less on the above mentioned 'Estimate amount' duly inclusive of all the applicable provisions, as per Minimum wages Act and excluding EPF, ESI & GST, for carrying out the subject work during the year 2024-25, as per the scope of work attached to this schedule.

The statutory appliances of EPF, ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittance and limited to the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time. GST will be paid extra as per the Rates & Rules applicable from time to time.

If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer, will be liable for rejection.

The Successful bidder should submit the filed quality plan duly signing before issuing the LOA. The Field quality plan (FQP) signed by the awarded tenderer and the same should got approved by the Quality Control wing/APGENCO before commencement of the work and shall follow all the quality system procedures as mentioned in FQP in executing the subject work.
