Construction of 250 mm dia, 120mt Deep Tubewell

Transportation of Rig Machine, Air Compressor O.P unit camp equipages, connected T&P & Necessary material required for drilling up to site of work, including loading, unloading and back transportation etc. complete in all respect.

Instalation of rig machine, camp equipage after site clearance.

Drilling 300 mm dia size final bore from G.L. tp 120.00 MBGL including Arrangement of water, Geophysical logging of bore well, preparing and lowering of tube well assembly 250mm dia. Plain/ Slotted pipefrom G.L. to 120MBGL &Collection of strata sample in box.

Dismantling of rig Machine after completion of work, fitting of girder, clamp and well cap.

Supply of Tubewell assembly

Supply and lowering of 250mm dia 7.9mm thik M.S.E.R.W. plane pipe.

Supply and lowering of 250mm dia 7.9mm thik M.S.E.R.W. Slotted pipe.

Supply and Fixing of 200x100mm dia size M.S Girder 4mt long

Supply and fixing of 250mm dia Bail plug with hook.

Supply and fixing of M.S.Heavy duty D.E clamp suitable for 300mm Dia.

Supply and fixing of 50mm dia well cap.

Supply and feeding of pea-graval 2.00 mm to 3.00mm.

Development of tubewell by 350 PSI/1100 CFM Air Compressor unit to the Satisfaction of engineer in charge to give a sand free discharge & proper packing of pea gravel including erection and dismantling of compressor etc.

Development of tubewell by the suitable capacity O.P unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant including erection and dismantling of O.P.unit etc.

Construction of 125 mm dia, 02 No. 100mt Deep Tubewell

Transportation of Suitable truck mounted Rig machine, air compressor,OP unit camp equipage connected T&P and necessary accessores, tubewell assembly housing pipe etc. including loading, unloading erection and leveling of rig machine upto site of work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge, required for drilling and development of mini tubewell.

Drilling of bore 200 mm size by rig machine ODEX method in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc. including lowering, welding of required kind /size of Supply, Lowring, MS ERW casing pipe (blind/ slotted) from ground level upto entre depth ordered by the department.

Drilling of bore 125 mm size DTH attachment from bottom of casing shoe.

Development of tubewell by the suttable are compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge to give sand free discharge, atleast for 12 Hrs.

Development of tubewell by the suttable submersible OP unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having suitable discharge including running of OP unit and yield testing of tubewell by 'V' notch, atleast for 30 Hrs to the satisfaction of Engineer incharge.

Dismantling of rig machine and other equipments and clearance of site after finishing the job.

Material Items

Supply and fixing of 125 mm size well cap after completion of work made from MS ERW Pipe and MS Sheet of 8 mm thick.

Supply and fixing of suitable size casing shoe suitable for ODEX drilling and made from EN-24 steel.

Supply of Suitable bit tube of 100 cm in length made out of seamless casing pipe as per requirement of ODEX attachment etc.

Supply and fixing of 125 size MS housing clamp 8 mm thick including nut,bolt and washers complete set.

Supply and fixing the following size MS Colomn Pipe 32 mm dia)
