DEMAND FOR JOB WORK : VEHICLE BA No:-08D-177207L (EICHER) The following repair work is urgently required for Vehicle BA No:- 08D-177207L for smooth running of vehicle:- i) M & L for Checking of vehicle electrical wiring system by replacement of 01 no self starter armature , 02 no back light assy, 01 set horn assy, 01 no self starter carbon, 01 no self starter bearing, 01 no horn cut out and 02 no self starter bush with opening, refitting work including testing complete all as specified and directed . (ii) M & L for servicing/replacement of Both door (Left & Right) Glass recliner machine , rubber bidding with door locking arrengement. (iii)M & L for repair/replacement of vehicle transmission system by replacement of 01 set clutch & pressure plate, 01 set gear box bearing, 01 set clutch cylinder, 01 no release bearing, 01 set gear box gasket, 01 no clutch fork and 0.5 ltr clutch oil with opening, refitting and including all testing complete all as specified and directed. .(iv) M & L for repair/replacement of vehicle wheel hub by replacement of 02 set brake shoe, 02 no wheel cylinder assy, 01 set rear hub oil seal and 01 set Front hub oil seal including testing all complete all as specified and directed. (v) M & L for cleaning of fuel tank , checking of fuel leakage , fuel line replacement of unsv fuel pipe line,connecting accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed. (vi) M & L for servicing of Fuel injection pump with calibration of pump assy after removing/refitting and calibration to be done on calibration machine including testing compete all as specified and directed. (vii) M & L for Repair/Replacement of heavy duty Tarpaulin cover (3 feet width) water resistance in Olive Green colour including prefixed eyelets and nylon rope for following vehicle complete all as specified and as directed. (viii) M & L for lath work,welding work ,servicing,washing and denting & painting of body parts complete all as specified and directed.

DEMAND FOR JOB WORK : VEHICLE BA No:-07D-174088E (EICHER) The following repair work is urgently required for Vehicle BA No:- 08D-174088E for smooth running of vehicle:- (i) M & L for dismantling the both side (RHS & LHS) door from the vehicle and repair/replacement of (a) Door lock assy - 2 set (b) Door bidding - 02 set (c) Glass recliner machine -2 No. including opening , refitting and testing complete. (ii) M & L for servicing of Fuel injection pump with calibration of pump assy after removing/refitting U/S parts and calibration to be done on calibration machine including testing compete all as specified and directed. (iii) M & L for dismantling of gear box and taking out the damage pinion after replacing/refitting in its original position including all testing complete. (iv) M & L for checking and repairing of starting problem by replacing self starter bush and armature winding including testing all complete all as specified and directed. (v) M & L for cleaning of fuel tank , checking of fuel leakage , fuel line replacement of unserviceable fuel pipe line,connecting accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed. (vi) M & L for dismantling of complete defective driver/co-driver seat and taking down and replacement of seat with cushion complete all as specified and directed. (vii) M & L for dismantling and taking out front and rear wheels and opening the brake assy,locating the defective/unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after carring out repair/replacement,including testing complete all specified and directed.(a) Brake shoe.(b) Brake drum.(c) Wheel cylinder (d) Brake pipe line (e) Master cylinder. (viii) M & L for Repair/Replacement of Rear body heavy duty Tarpaulin cover (3 feet width) water resistance in Olive Green colour including prefixed eyelets and nylon rope for following vehicle complete all as specified and as directed. (ix) M & L for checking of all electric circuit, lath work,welding work ,servicing,washing and denting & painting of body parts complete all as specified and directed.
