Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and avg 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation to required gradient and camber formation surfaces (cutting or filling) of roads using 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling in depression which occur during rolling(incl berm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Soling, 200mm thick (spread thickness) with crushed or broken basalt/trap stone of grading 63mm to 90mm, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Water bound macadam (WBM), 150mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse granite, trap or basalt stone aggregeres of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) for first layer & grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) for second layer spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as spd and directed.all as spd and directed.

M&L bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thckness with paving bitumen of 80/100 penetration 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as spd and directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance n.exe 50m depositing where directed

M&L factory made precast machine pressed kerb stones of PCC grade M-15 (design mix) set jointed and pointed cement mortar (1:4) including necessary excavation and removal of soil complete all as specified and directed. Make :- lucky tiles bhuj,mehtab,sukhi enterprises.

Preparing concrete /bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un interrupted), arrows, letters, etc exceeding 10 cm width with hot applied thermo plastic road making materials all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No.356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
