M&L for vitriefied ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (Square/rectanguler ) polished ,area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete as directed by EIC.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,, finished even and fair. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down the existing ceiling fans and re-fixing/hanging the same in position including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Exhaust fan of any type and capacity and refixing to its original position after repair. Note :Replacement of parts of fans shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
