HIRING OF CONSULTANCY FOR SETTING UP OF CENTRE FOR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL MAINTENANCE (CILM) OF LM 2500 GAS TURBINES AT INS EKSILA

Consultancy services for preparation of detailed Architectural/Structural drawing for the following buildings (Plinth Area) etc including preparation of site plan showing various entities as per BPs, Soil Investigation of the area to ascertain the soil profile & safe bearing capacity, Actual marking of building and services at ground, Architectural drawings, detailed structural drgwings duly vetted by any IIT/NIT/Andhra University with prior approval of Accepting Officer including feasibility of construction at location considering all constructual parameters, drawings & details for internal Services (such as internal Electrification, water supply, LAN & Telephone etc.), drawings & details for external services (such as Sewage disposal, Compound wall/gate, Air conditioning (HAVC), EOT Crane, Lightening protection, Fire fighting System (Fire detection & Fire alarm), Road/ path /culvert/ Area Drainage along the building etc), preparation and submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) along with detail estimation of each item of quantities as per format given by E8 section of DGNP (V) including calculation of Steel including bar binding schedule, concrete items (i.e cement, sand, aggregate etc) for each buildings, preparation of analysis as per market rate, preparation of specification and tender documents for buildings and Services (B/R & E/M), preparation of Yard Stick for all bldgs based on MES SSR Part II, Clarification/

technical details required during execution of work on ground and clearances from Navy/State/Central Govt deptt in Vizag/ Delhi/ Elsewhere as applicable as per policy in vogue. Preparation of tender documents as per format given by E8 section for uploading by DGNP (V):-

(e) Two Wheeler Parking Shed = 178.71 Sqm (f) Layout and design of roads upto and around CILM bldg as shown in BPs. (g) Boundary wall/Compound Wall of height 3.00 mtr approximate 60 mtr length including 3 Nos of Security Gate 8 Mtr with RCC arched entrance of height 8 Mtrs as shown in BPs

Notes :- (a) RCC Design Mix (RMC) shall be considered. (b) Reinforcement TMT bars (CRS) FE-500D shall be considered. (c) AAC Blocks shall be used. (d) All requirement as per Board Proceedings to be incorporated in the drawing, estimate, specification & tender etc . (e) All design should be in confirmation with relevant IS codes in practice. (f) Consultant shall submit an Executive Summary along with the DPR. (g) All specification shall be followed as MES SSR Part I and rates shall be as per MES SSR Part II (h) All Architectural, Structural and E/M services drawings shall be submitted to E-6 Section, E-2 Design Section and Dir (Utility) of DGNP (V) for prior approval before finalisation. (j) One presentation must be kept after presenting at least two/ three options of the conceptual drawings. and second presentation to be given by the consultant. (k) Presentation on Final document of the subject work before uploading of tender with complete scope of consultancy excluding execution part alongwith sample modules showing orientation of building and internal/ external services, alongwith 3D rendered views and 3D animated walkthrough presentation will be arranged by the consultant at DGNP (V) office as directed and submission of presentation documents in soft/ hard copies .

(l) Pre-discussion / briefing on presentation document with all concerned section heads to be made by the consultant. (m) Rate shall be deemed to be included for revision/ approval of drawing & design for buildings/ structures, if required during execution stage due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons including providing technical advise. (n) The cost towards visit/visits by expert of consultant in connection with above work to the site of work or office of DGNP (V) during currency of this work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this accounts.

Notes (contd..,) :- (o) The cost towards visits up to 10 Nos (excluding mandatory visits required along with GRIHA agency inspection) by expert of consultant in connection with during execution stage on ground till expiry of defect liability period of last contract concluded based on this consultancy shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (p) AC scheme including duct design shall also be vetted from any IIT/NIT/ Andhra university. (q) All state Govt compliances shall be taken as per the law of the land. (r) Total number of bore holes for Soil Investigation is 18 Nos as shown on all buildings. (s) Payments reagrding GRIHA 3-star rating will be paid separatetly under serial item No. 2 of this schedule.

Consultancy services for GRIHA 3 –Star rating to Workshop (Area 1375 Sqm) and Main Technical Building (Area 825 Sqm) with an aim to obtain GRIHA registration, pre-certification and GRIHA final certification to achieve GRIHA 3-star rating including organising, conducting, monitoring of site visits by GRIHA experts for GRIHA Rating assessment during currency of the project and after completion till handing over of final Certification as per GRIHA policy. Notes: (a) This rate shall be inclussive for making all payments including taxes to the certifying agency (GRIHA Council), expenses incurred on all due diligence visits of GRIHA evaluation teams and independent agencies energy auditors for obtaining the target GRIHA 3 STAR rating. Record of such payment shall submitted along with bill. The cost of such payments, taxes and incidental charges shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
