Sweeping the floors and Staircases including clearing of waste records daily, cleaning all partition walls [Brick, Wooden & Aluminum, Glazed], doors, windows, blinds, Electrical fittings viz. Tube Lights, fans, Electrical wirings, switch boxes etc, Water mopping of entire office floor areas, removal of cobwebs, cleaning of dustbins, dusting/wiping of files and records in racks and cupboards, furnitures, collecting and disposing all the waste in main dust pit in EB complex, all general cleaning inside the office Floors etc… complete as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as cleaning powder, Broom sticks, Cobweb sticks, Bamboo baskets, Swabs, Mops, Dungry cloth, Buckets, cost of all consumables etc..,. for the period of one year

Sweeping and soap oil water mopping of entire lobbies,passages cleaning entire office floor areas,floor mats,dust bins, spitting bins, cleaning/wiping of front glass partitions, glass doors,steel rolling shutters,name display board of senior Board officials and doors partitions ,Staircases,removal of cobwebs,(all the above activities to be done daily) including the cost of all labour,labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut Broom sticks, Bamboo baskets,Dungry cloth, cost of all consumables etc., for the period of one year inside EB complex.

Sweeping of open areas around EB complex collection and removal of garbages and wastes from garbage chute to outside of EB complex daily,all general outside of EB complex ,power room and all general outside cleaning as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour,labour uniforms lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut Broom sticks, Bamboo baskets,Dungry cloth, cost of all consumables etc., for the period of one year.

Maintenance charges for cleaning the toilets, wash basins, water closets, urinals, and floor tiles by spraying of disinfectant and sulying of all consuamable materials like scented phenyl and placing napthaline balls in the urinals and wash basins, sweeping and cleaning the floor surface, side wall surface, grating, removing dirt/ refuge and cob webs and sweeping away the staginated water periodic intervals including carrying out of other miscellaneous works during hours cost of all materials labour and keeping the toilet always by clean, neat and tidy without any odur or foul smell as directed by the Engineer incharge lead, lift, T&P, cost of all materials such as coconut Broom sticks, Bamboo baskets,Dungry cloth, cost of all consumables etc., for the period of one year.

Maintenance charges for cleaning of man hole chambers and connected drainage lines between manholes once in a month or as and when necessary and as directed by the Engineer at site so as to have free flow of waste water into the main line leads to CMWSSB line by removing the RCC/cast iron man hole covers from manholes, cleaning/ removing all the solid wastes, sediments and silt deposition accumulated in the manholes and in between drainage lines by using with proper tools and tackles, machineries, in unmanned manner, any other suitable equipment and its hire charges for any, removal of wastes away from the EB complex.(for 12 months)

Attending and servicing of all carpentery joinery works in all annexure building located outside of TNEB complex and making all the materials in service condition.

Maintenance charges for cleaning of existing sumps an over head tank periodically 3months once in TNEB annxure buildings. The rate inclusive of supply of cleaning materials,labours, T&P, transport etc complete.
