Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In lime mortar (Usefull bricks may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of: G.S. Sheet (Usefull material like G.S. Sheet , ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wooden ballies in posts and struts including stacking within all leads. (Usefull wooden ballies etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within all leads : Up to 10 mm (Ten milimeter) thick (Usefull wooden boarding etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all leads :Of area 3 sq. (Three square) metres and below (Usefull material like doors, windows etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within all leads : Of area beyond 3 sq. (Three square) metres (Dismantled usefull material like doors, windows etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within all leads : Of area 3 sq. (Three square) metres and below (Dismantled usefull material like doors, windows shutters etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory windows hutters (steel or wood) including stacking within all leads : Of area beyond 3 sq. (Three square) metres (Dismantled usefull material like doors, windows shutters etc. may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking withinall leads ( Dismantled usefull steel material like angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :In cement mortar (Usefull material rubble stones may be handed over to the Deptt.), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
