All Hostels and Office Areas [Ramanujam Hostel, Tagore Hostel, Annexe Hostel, VLMP Hostel, New Hostel, LVH (B, C and Dining Hall), MDC Building, Tata Hall, NTB, MCHV, Library, Computer Centre, Admin. Building, NAB, Amphitheatre, ABC Blocks, Auditorium, Engineering Division, Security Office, Power House (Old & New), Gymnasium and Swimming Pool, Boat House, 33KV Sub-Station Building, Squash Court etc.] (Rate to be quoted for one time treatment per building)

All quarters (Faculty and Staff) total around 23 Nos. buildings, namely:- NF-1, NF-2, PGPEX Hostel, NF-3, B-1, B-2, C-Type, D-1, D-2, D-3, D-4, E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4, F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5, F-6, and PGPEX Mess etc.) on lot basis for one time. (Rate to be quoted for one lot for one time)

Special Pest Control with Alphamethrin 10 % EC or similar good quality chemical (as approved by the KMC/IIMC) in outside area of the building with Power Machine Spray (As per requirement of the Institute).

For the areas mentioned in (3.01) Rate to be quoted for one time treatment in each building.

For the areas mentioned in (3.02) single consolidated Rate to be quoted on lot basis for one time.
