Supply , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set having Prime Power Rating of 200 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel engine 4 stroke , radiator cooled, electric start , 248 HP (required power at rated KVA) at 1500 RPM , designed for ambient temperature 50 degree C , 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10 % over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine shall be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following: (i) Start stop with key (ii) Water temperature indication (iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication (iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication (v) Battery charging indication (vi) RPM indication (vii) Over speed indication (viii) Low lub, oil trip indication (ix) Engine Hour indication (c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 200 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor , designed for 50 deg. C ambient temp. , 50% RH & at 1000 meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure,brushless, continuous duty, self excited and self regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical condiitions and with class -F/H insulation. (d) Base Frame: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer. (e) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic converter. (g) Starting System: 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator andarrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable no. of batteries (25 Plates, 180 Amp. hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specification. (h) Accoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 500 ltrs day oil fuel steel tank made out of 5 mm thick M.S. sheet with stand of suitable height The tank shall be with all accessories such as oil level indicator, inlet pipe connection, and outlet pipe connection, valves, drain pipe with plug, trough to collect spill over oil, air vent pipe, man hole with cover, interconnections between tanks and painting. The tank shall be provided with suitable calibration scale.

Supply of heavy duty XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments of following size and confirm to technical specifications enclosed. 3.5 X 300 Sq. mm

Supply of Power/Control Copper Cables, Stranded Copper, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC Innersheathed, Armoured, extruded PVC Type ST2 Outer Sheathed, 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7098 Part-I 1988. 10 C x 2.5 Sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following on existing cable tray as required.

Up to 35 Sq. mm (clamped with 1 mm thick saddle).

Above 185 Sq. mm and upto 400 Sq. mm (clamped with 40x3 mm MS flat clamp).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation DG set etc. as required.

Supplying and Laying fuel piping between fuel tank and each diesel engine with MS class ‘C’ pipes of suitable dia.(min 25mm dia / OEM standards) on floors with valves, flanges, gaskets, joints , nutbolts, unions etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing exhaust gas piping of suitable dia.(min dia 150mm/ as per OEM standard) welded black MS, B Class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with mineral wool/Rockwool, 50 mm thick wiremesh & aluminum cladding etc., as required as per specifications.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3.5 X 300 Sq.mm

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm Copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of Existing AMF Panel after removing termination, control cable and placing it with in the lead of 50 meters as per the directions of Engineering in charge.

Dismantling of Existing 125 kVA DG set including acoustic enclosure, removing termination and placing it with in the lead of 50 meters as per the directions of Engineering in charge.

Supply & Fixing of synthetic insulation Mat conforming to IS 15652 : 2006, Class - A up to 3.3 KV along with suitable adhesive etc complete as required.

Supply of 3HP Three Phase single stage cast iron monoblock pump set having suction pipe size 65mm and discharge pipe size 50mm, head range up to 26 meter.
