EOT crane-65T capacity

The bidder must submit valid ISO 9001 certificate along with the bid. The EOT Crane shall be in the scope of ISO certificate.

1) Bidders must have supplied at least 01 no. of EOT crane of above 50T capacity during last 05 years from the date of closing of tender against any contract concluded by COFMOW, Any Zonal Rly or PUs or any Government Departments or Public sector undertakings or any public listed company (listed on NSE/BSE for at least 05 years prior to the date of closing of tender) having average annual turnover of Rs.500crores or above during last three financial years excluding current financial year. 2) The bidder shall upload documentary evidence regarding the past successful supply like copies of Contract order/Receipt Note/Inspection Certificate and Installation and commissioning report jointly signed with the actual user/PTC issued by actual user etc. along with the offer, failing which the offer shall be liable to be rejected. 3) Bidders submitting performance from public listed company (listed on NSE/BSE for at least 05 years prior to the date of closing of tender) having average annual turnover of Rs.500crores or above during last three financial years excluding current financial year should also submit NSE/BSE listing document and annual turnover document of Rs.500 crores or above. 4) Performance Certificate:The bidder shall submit performance certificate of at least 01 number of EOT crane above 50T capacity that must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning.The performance certificate submitted by the bidder should not be more than one year old i.e. it should have been issued within one 01 year from the tender closing date issued by the actual end user of the machine.

Any deviations from the attached Technical Specifications must be explicitly noted in the deviation column of the techno-commercial tabulation statement. Deviations mentioned elsewhere in the bid will not be considered.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): As per clause 0500 of Instructions to INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

MAKE IN INDIA POLICY :- As per clause 1800 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

MARKING: Materials are to be invariably stamped with manufacturer's name, month & year of manufacture as may be detailed in the drawing/specification of the material, so that warranty can be correctly acted upon.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS: 1) Firm to deliver material as per Delivery Schedule. 2) The Supplier shall be responsible for transportation, unloading of the equipment on receipt and its movement to the site of installation including provision of road mobile crane, forklift etc. 3) In case of Road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/ tender.

Inspection by TPI Agency: Firm to quote place of inspection clearly in their offer so as to enable this office to incorporate place of inspection in PO.The machine shall be inspected and tested during different stages of its manufacturing starting from raw material , by the purchaser or his authorized representative (TPI) at the supplier's or his sub-supplier's works for which Bidder has to submit QAP incorporating the tests along with stage inspections for the tender items and TPI will carried out Inspection as per 'Quality Assurance Plan'.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: The inter-se- position of all offers received will be decided on total value of tender quoted by the firm.

GST COMPLIANCE:- As per clause 0906 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

NEFT/RTGS/ECS Payment: As per clause 2900 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

MSE POLICY:- As per clause 1700 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

WARRANTY / GUARANTEE : (1) As per Clause 16 of Technical Specifications and Clause 3909 of the INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing date. In the event of any conflict, Clause of the Technical Specifications shall prevail. (2) Warranty clause is also applicable for spare parts / assemblies. (3) The machine shall consistently deliver the required output and accuracy as per the contractual specifications. Any deficiency or breakdown exceeding two (2) hours in a single day shall be considered a failure for that day. (4) All replacements and repairs requested by the consignee under this warranty shall be carried out by the contractor promptly and satisfactorily within three (3) days from the date consignee notifies the supplier, with all associated costs borne by the supplier. (5) For the time by which the machine remains non-operational during the warranty period, penalty shall be applicable and the warranty period shall be extended by the same duration. The Warranty Bank Guarantee shall be returned upon the completion of the extended warranty period for the entire machine.ndments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

PERFORMANCE BANK GUARANTEE: As per clause 0606(ii) of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

LIQUIDATED DAMAGE:- As per clause 1104 of Instructions to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender Indigenous Version 14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (SD): As per clause 0600 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR ELECTRONIC TENDERS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDER Indigenous Purchases Version-14 of June 2024 or latest with all corrigendums and amendments, if any, issued before the tender closing.

LAND BORDER CONDITION (A): Attention of the bidders is drawn to Special conditions regarding restrictions on procurement from a tenderer (bidder) of a country, which shares a land border with India, attached with this tender.Bidders should note that compliance to Land Border Condition (B) of this tender schedule is mandatory. Bidders are required to attach evidence of valid registration, if applicable to them. Non- compliance shall result in summary rejection of their offer. Any false declaration and non-compliance of the above would be a ground for immediate termination of the contract and further legal action in accordance with the laws.

LAND BORDER CONDITION (B) : I have read and understood Special conditions regarding restrictions on procurement from a tenderer(bidder) of a country, which shares a land border with India, attached with this tender. I certify that this bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered, with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this bidder fulfils all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. Where applicable, evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached.
