Manning and operation of Pump house and DG set at Jack well No. 2 round the clock in 3 shifts per day including sunday/ holiday complete all as specified and directed. Man Power: One skilled operator (FGM) and one helper per shift of 08 hours in three shifts per day and timings as under. Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs IIIrd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

List of Plants to be operated are as under:- (i) VT Pumps upto 60 HP - 3 Nos. (ii) DG Set 125 KVA - 1 No. Note:- (a) The Megadrigedda water supply installation is situated 13 KM (Approx) away from the city and further Jack well No.2 is located 1.5 KM (Approx) from Megadhrigedda pump house. b) The operator shall be alert to run the DG sets within 5 minutes of supply failure and ensure the operation of DG set every day. c) The quoted rate is also inclusive of the following:- i) Topping up/Changing of Engine oil as and when required. ii) Topping up of the Diesel issued by the department. iii) Maintenance/recharging of batteries. (iv) Supply and filling of distilled water / electrolyte to batteries /radiator as and when required.

Manning and operation of Swimming pool of capacity 9,04,000 litres at SVN Colony, 104 Area by operating the installed machineries and equipment i.e., pressure feed type filtration plant, and connected pump sets, Air compressor, gravity feed type filter, gaseous chlorine plant, bleaching dozer, alum dozer, soda ash dozer, copper sulphate dozer ,ammonia dozer and suction sweeper for maintaining the pool water to desired level of purity including attending to normal routine maintenance of installed plants /machinery/ systems such as washing filtration plant etc required for operational purpose of swimming pool for smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed.

Man power : one skilled operator and one Semi-Skilled helper per shift of 08 hours in two shifts per day including sundays and holidays. Note :-(a) Chemicals consumed shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (b) Operating of suction sweeper for cleaning of swimming pool shall be inclusive of quoted rate . (c) Swimming pool platform area & edges to be cleaned regularly.

Shift timings:- Ist shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs IInd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Mannning and operation of Pump house, DG set and Diesel driven Fire fighting pump set and electrical driven fire fighting pump set including LT panel, pressure vessel and accessories round the clock in three shifts a day including holidays and sundays at SVN Colony complete all as specified and directed. Manpower : One skilled operator and one Semi-Skilled helper per shift of 8 hours in three shifts per day and timings as under. (v) Maintenance of log book for the installation (vi) minor repairs should be attended.

Notes :- a) The operator shall be alert to run the DG sets within 5 minutes of supply failure and ensure the operation of DG set every day. b) The quoted rate is also inclusive of the following:- i) Topping up/Changing of Engine oil as and when required. ii) Topping up of the Diesel issued by the department. iii) Maintenance/recharging of batteries. iv) Supply and filling of distilled water/electrolyte to batteries/radiator as and when required. (v) Maintenance of log book for the installation (vi) Minor repairs should be attended. Note for Item No. 1 to 4 (I) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for cleaning of UG sump/ balancing tank for swimming pool of 50000 litres capacity by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete silt from the sump and depositing at a distance 1.5KM outside MD land and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brushing the sump after scrapping the walls and bottoms of the sumps completely without disturbing the filtration pump to swimming pool including painting the sump and lettering the sump capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire sump all as per directed.

M& L for cleaning of swimming pool of capacity 9,04,000 litres by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing complete silt from the pool and depositing at a distance 1.5KM outside MD land and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder & tile cleaning acid and wire brushing the pool after scrapping the walls, bottom and alround edges of the pool completely all as directed.

Supply and replace 40 mm dia CI butterfly valve PN 1.6 flanged type with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and replace 150 mm dia CI butterfly valve PN 1.6 flanged type with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and replace 50 mm dia PVC pipe making suitable slots complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for overhauling of suction sweeping pump of 3 to 5 HP capacity by disconnecting/ dismantling and replacement of unserviceable worn out bearings, renewal of worn out parts like shaft sleeves, Oil Seal / Gland rope, rubber packing / coupling greasing and connecting up and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour only for attending break down of CI/DI/MS pipe pipe line bursting / cracks and including cleaning / removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes, CI / DI Collar / mechanical Joints etc as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, for the following sizes:- Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following:- (i) Arrangement of suitable Pump sets for dewatering at the time of attending break down including JCB's and Cranes as per site requirement . (ii) Necessary labour/trade men for attending break down. (iii) Labour element required for fixing MS pipes. Note 2 :- Supply only MS pipes, shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply and install gaseous type gravity feed chlorinator of capacity upto 2 KG/hour chemical grade panel board 6 mm thick 2' X4', mounted consisting of flow meter, PVC primary filter, safety guage , teflon pipe 5RM, U-bend, secondary filter with NRV, gas bend with glass NRV, water chlorine mixing chamber water TEE along with inlet and outlet vlave solutioniser water bend complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sathya Sai or its equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix 40 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed to iron pipe complete including taking down old unserviceable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per SL item No.26 above but 80 mm dia.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in paths/ walkways/ road cutting complete all as specified and as directed.
