Charges for Critical repair works and movement of locos & dozers from railway marshaling yard to loco shed/Maintenance pit/dozer shed/Diesel bunk and return back to railway marshalling yard /pile, coal yard in L&EM/CHP/Dr NTTPS as and when required during the period from 01-04-2026 or from the date of commencement of work to 30-09-2026

Critical repair works to Locos : 1)Repairs to Axle drive gear box units locos

2)Repairs to CB coupler arrangement of locos

3)Repairs to torque converter assembly of Locos

4) Removal and replacement of wheel axle assemblies from locos

Critical repair works to Dozers : 1)Repairs to clutch assembly and gear box assembly of Dozer.

2)Replacement of damaged under-carriage track roller set.

3) Repairs of BD 155 engine of BEML dozer

4) Repairs of D 80 engine of BEML dozer

Locos and Dozers movements: Charges for movement of locos from railway marshaling yard to loco shed , marshalling yard to maintenance pit and back after attending complaints and other maintenance works, yard to diesel bunk and back for filling of HSD oil, movement of dozers from coal yards, piles to the dozer shed and back for attending periodical maintenance and attending complaints, to diesel bunk for oil filling and back in L&EM/CHP/Dr NTTPS during the period from 01/04/2026 to 30/09/2026.

Note:1. The firm has to quote their acceptable % excess/less on the above mentioned total amount for carrying out the subject work as & when required during the year 2026-27 as per the scope of work attached to this schedule

2. The statutory appliances EPF , ESI shall be reimbursed subject to production of proof of acquittances and limited to the rates & rules applicable from time to time.GST will be paid extra as per the rates & rules applicable from time to time.

3.If any deviation in quoting the tender by the tenderer will be liable for rejection

4. The standard field quality plan should be enclosed to the tender enquiry by incorporating the clause that ”the contractor should submit the FQP duly signed along with the tender schedule

5. FQP shall be approved by QC wing

6. The contractor should engage sufficient man power for completion of the work within time as instructed by the Engineer In charge without fail or else necessary action will be initiated
