Supply & fix in replacement of sail led twin type avaiation obstruction light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of sail led single type avaiation obstruction light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of 3 pole power contactor ML 4, 70A, 415V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement 3 pole power contactor ML-1.5,25 A,415 V for high mast light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of street light digital timer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement MCB SP 6 to 40 Amps 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement MCB TPN 63 Amps 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for servicing/taking out of the high mast three pase electic motor for rewinding and rewinding with existing gauge of copper wire complete and refixing the same motor & testing for smooth working in presence complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement,connecting,testing and commissioning and jointing,LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade,XLPE insulated,armoured with galvanized round steel wire or steel strip, electric power cables heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, laid in trenches,ducts,fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads /path /drain /culverts or encased in GI pipe fixed & testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of following Sizes:- Note:- (i) Sand cushioning, Cable protection cover, GI pipes, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ.

Material & labour for heat shrinkable indoor/ outdoor LT end terminations for LT 1100 Volts grade, aluminum conductor including jointing kits, aluminium ferrules and labour complete for making joints and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following size:-.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type - 2, flat, size 300x 180 x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated alluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 5 core 2.5 Sqmm trailing cable for connection of high mast lights complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of emergency bells 215 Volt 50 Hz as per sample at various locations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for zebra painting white & sparkle sky blue strips 30 cm height in alternate colour strip upto 1.5 meter from top edge of coping of electric poles with synthetic enameled paint two coats and numbering to poles with 80mm size letter with black synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section solid conductor in service connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm 4 core nominal cross section solid conductor in service connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for wiring circuit along with earth wire from Sintex box to Street light fitting with 3 run of 1.5 sqmm sizes FRLSH insulated copper conductor single core cable in suraces/recessed as required including Steel conduit of size 20 mm dia with suitable clamps made out of 25X3 mm thick steel flat complete with nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 100 Amps , length 250 mm , 01 Nos MCB SPN C series of capacity 06 Amps as approved by the EIC including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of FRP box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit incl cable glands.

Supply & fix in replacement of LED post top of 25 watt integral pole mounted decorative LED with IP-65 protection complete fixed on existing post complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of MCCB's,415 Volts, 3 pole with fix / adjustable type having 25 to 100 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of automatic / manual with inbuilt time delay transfer switch 100 Amps four pole (with enclosure) with connections of auto / manual transfer switch including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix bracket for street light fitting made out of GI tubing 40 mm med grade pipe1.50 mtr (2' x 1 -1/2'), 135 degree bend with cutting ,welding and two MS bracket with nut bolts and washer bracing to pole/on fencing for street light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of LT panel; checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like; replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge; replacement and / or welding of existing damaged hinges of the panel; preparation of old painted surfaces (internal & external) of the panel, complete removal of existing paint using emry paper grade 220, by sanding and scrubbing, application of corrosion resistant primer by sprayers, applying hammer finish metal paint using sprayers in two coats and till shining surfaces are obtained; application of two coats of epoxy black paint on panel frames; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Approximate average size of panel=1.50x0.75x0.45m) (Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately). .

Cutting and trimming the tree branches touching/obstructing the over head lines/poles/fittings etc at least upto with in the area of 1 mtr both side of LT over head line, bottom of poles, stay assy of span 35 to 45 mtr and removing the same from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for checking of U/S LED street light /LED flood light of any wattage mounted on 9 Mtr Lt pole or Plinth,removing of rusting of connection and U/S lights will be shifted to MES store for repair reconnecting with deploying trained electrician and helper seggregate/ isolate the feeder carry out maintenance work and after repair/replacing driver/replacing MCPCB fixing of light at its original location and checking of serviciability of light ,connected items and then after charge the feeder with load in presence of Engr-in-charge. Note- Arrengement of tool and plant like stair,veh is responsibility of contractor and required service wire for reconnection will be measured and paid under respective item. Driver and MCPCB will be measured in respective items. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only LED street/Flood light driver appropiate capacity,single phase,AC,30v,90v,600ma/750ma/900ma/1500ma complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MCPCB (Chip) suitable for LED street / Flood light 60-300 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring holdes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitiable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm bore for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/floors/ roads/ path /culverts or fixed on walls/on poles by means of MS FI clamps with necessary bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cutting of road manually for laying of cable/GI tubing light grade ,after laying of cable making disturbed surface good by using PCC of ratio 2:4:6 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-GI tubing light grade will be measured in respective iteme .

Material & labour for taking down light mounting frame of high mast tower,removing of rusted connection and reconnection of already fitted LED high mast light,changing of LED light whichever found unserviciable ,mounting of additional dummy metal weight by means of nut and bolt as required at site max upto 7 kg to balance the light mounting frame,thenafter climbing up light mounting frame to its original position,checking of serviciability and setting of time by timer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. . Note:-New LED light will be measured in respective item,contractor will ensure light mounting frame should not be found unbalanced within 5 months after rectification if so then redo of job will be without any extra cost.

Supply & fix in replacement FRP juction box of size outside dimensions 400 x 300 x 190 mm with 4 nos copper busbar of capacity 200 Amps including interal wiring and 01 Nos MCCB of capacity 100 Amps, 16 KA, 4 pole with adjustable type as outgoing as approved by the EIC including connector and fixing on pole with and including MS clamps made out of 25 x 3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- The cost of FRP box installation includes making hole of suitable size for entry and exist of cable any size, making new lugs of cables of entry and exit incl cable glands.

Material & labour for finding out LT fault in under ground LT cable with deploying trained electrician and helper seggregate/ isolate the feeder carry out maintenance work such as Excavation of 0.45 x 0.75 mtr upto 04 RM of length,If further excavation is reqd will be measured in respective item of excavation and Refilling,PCC cover and Sand will be reused ,conneted items Like lugs,insulation tape etc and then after charge the feeder with load in presence of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note- Joint will be measured in respective item.Arrangement of tools and labour is the responsibility of contractor.Fault must be rectified within 04 hrs after receiving complaint. If contractor failed to attend/rectify complaint within stipulated perion of time a penalty of Rs 600/- per complaint can be charged

Supply & fixing of LT flexible 20 mm electric wire cover PVC conduit corrugated tube pipe gray in colour on one RM length of jumpers of street/flood light mounted over 9/11 m PCC/steel tuular pole as sleeve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .
