Servicing & AMC of D- Super Heating System Installed in Boiling House Scope of work includes checking of complete D- Super Heating System, Repair/maintenance/calibration of system to maintain the temperature of exhaust steam 1200 C ± 20 C After servicing of D- Super Heating System, the contractor has to give successful trial of it for trouble free working during crushing season 2026-27

Servicing & AMC Automatic Vacuum Breaker System for Pan in Boiling House Scope of work includes checking of Automatic Vacuum Breaker System for all 05 Nos Pan Bodies including control valve, vacuum transmitter controller panel and fitting etc., After servicing of Automatic Vacuum Breaker System, the contractor has to give successful trial of it for trouble free working during crushing season 2026-27

Parties should be invited from Manufacturers/ Authorized /Channel partner. After servicing the contractor has to give successful trial of ACVFD panel for trouble free working during crushing season 2026-27

For the season 2026-27, Overhauling with AMC of 03 Nos AC VFD Panel with PLC (ABB Make- ACS880-14-505A-3) of 1750 Kg/Charge Automatic Centrifugal Machines (ThyssenKrupp make) with all proximity switches, sensors, remote control panel etc., fitted in centrifugal machine. After servicing, the contractor has to give successful trial of AC VFD Panel with PLC of all three machines for trouble free working during crushing season 2026-27

Servicing & AMC of 1750 Kg/Charge Automatic Centrifugal Machine (ThyssenKrupp Make): The Scope of work includes Complete repairing of 03 Nos 1750 Kg/Charge Automatic Centrifugal Machines in all respect, which covers all pneumatic valves, sensors, drive etc. After servicing of machines, the contractor has to give successful trial of all three machines for trouble free working during crushing season. 2026-27
