Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar Fe 415 reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including contractors profit & Over head charges, but excluding GST etc., complete - For Foundation

Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of 50 mm as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4. MORD

Construction of sub grade using suitable local selected soil aggregate spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compaction with three wheel 80 -100 KN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per (Table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008) specificaions

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded HBG material (Grading III material) mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto lead of 1000 m spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN/ Smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machinary, royalties, all taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
