Renewal of Deck Plate and stiffener frame on Top Deck, Crane Operation Platform, Winch Room and Control Panel Room. Job involves degutting of deck fittings, transformers and control box and refitting on same location post renewal of deck plate. Includes degutting of deck fittings transformers and control box etc. (Material: Mild Chequer Steel Plate of 6 mm thickness IS 2062B Grade)
Renewal of stiffener frame and corroded I-beam. Job involves removal of old deck plates and welding of new frame. (Material: Mild Steel (MS) Angle Bars and I-beam)
Renewal of all hand rails and supporting / strengthening members. Renewal of corroded stanchion pipes and handrails. (Material: GI Pipe, Diameter – 40 mm)
Complete scrapping of old paint and surface preparation of area including buildup pitted surface
All renewed plates, frame, stanchion and handrail to be painted with one (1) coat of epoxy primer and two (2) coats of anti-corrosive paint.
Any Other Charges, if any (Breakdown should be given in additional sheet of BoQ)
