Scope of work:
Visual inspection of both DPU panels, racks, modules and internal wiring.
Cleaning of PCBs, terminals, connectors and ventilation paths using approved methods.
Inspection for corrosion, moisture ingress, loose terminals and damaged wiring.
Check and record DC power-supply voltage and protection/fuses.
Check all DPU processor/controller modules and status LEDs/diagnostics.
Check I/O modules, communication modules and network interfaces.
Check communication between DPU and IAS/K-Chief operator stations.
Verify all connected digital and analogue I/O channels as applicable.
Check earthing, shielding and cable termination.
Carry out fault diagnostics and alarm verification.
Check redundancy/communication network wherever applicable.
Rectify minor defects and replace defective modules/components only with approved/OEM-compatible parts.
