Demolishing of RCC, PCC by mechanical/hand means and stock piling at designated locations, chipping, etc. and disposing off all the debris outside the plant premises, stacking, serviceable and unserviceable material so separately including cutting, reinforcement, etc. complete as directed.

Demolishing brickwork masonary by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material disposing of all debris outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the contractor and as directed by the Engineer.

Removal of doors, and windows (steel or wooden) and stacking the material and as directed.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.

Providing and applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces. etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer. (In any case it will not be permitted to carry out the job without proper metallic scaffolding and platform at height more than 2.5 m)

Providing and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer duration on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying one or more coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint on old/new surfaces of approved brand and shade over walls, doors, windows, ceilings, gumlas, speed breakers, kerb stones, as and when required upto height of 15M, including scaffolding, removing loose scales, cleaning dust applying primer on patches etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, window, Ventilators of fixed or sliding type both for glazing and wiremesh shutter with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate Z Section and other section of approved make confarming to IS-733 and IS-1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including filling of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with weather silicon sealent, powder coated Aluminium sections (minium thickness of powder coating 50 Micron) of required shade of including cost of a cleat angle on, S. S. Screws , aluminium snap beading and fitting of all types like tower bolt locking arrangement, handles, stoppers, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 5 mm thickness of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass/laminated particle board to M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Sint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using S.S.304 wire gauge average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire dia 0.5mm for doors, windows including cost of aluminum beading ,screws etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Steel work welded in In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates,window grill and similar works in kg built up sections/ framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and providing & applying a priming coat & two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & shade on structural steel surfaces etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing old plaster or any accessories for facia of facious and Providing and fixing 18mm thick (Area of slab up to 0.50 Sqm.) gang sand cut mirror polished machine cut granite of any colour and shade for vanity counters, door sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and textures laid over a 20 mm thick base cement martar 1:4 or with epoxy resin based adhensive including cleaning and joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, exoxy touch ups rubbing curing, edge moulding and polishing to edge to give high glass finish etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers,handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete as directed by the Engineer Incharge.
