Resource management of MES Electrical receiving station HT 11 KV at Darjipura with one electrician and one mate electrician cum FGM in all three shift (i.e total 03 electrician and 03 mate electrician cum FGM) including sundays and holidays for manning installation all as directed by Engr-In-charge. T0tal (- 03 Nos 0f electrician and 03 Nos mate electrician Cum FGM)

1st shift - 0800h to 1600h

2nd shift - 1600h to 2400h

3rd shift - 2400h to 0800h

Main receiving station consisting of the following :-

Vaccum Circuit breaker; 11000 Volts make Areva - (08 Nos)

Main receiving two pole structure (GEB) for incoming HT supply with metering unit - 01 No.

Main incoming two pole structure (MES/MAP) for incoming HT supply - 02 Nos.

Outgoing HT feeder to Offr Md Accn on two pole structure - 02 Nos

Outgoing HT feeder to Airmen Md/OTM Accn on two pole structure - 02 Nos.

Outgoing HT feeder to 769 SU, Pump house and Offr Mess on single/two pole- 02 Nos.

Resource management of the central sewage plant at Darjipura with employment of three FGM per day ie 01 person in each shift (1st shift from 0800h to 1600h, 2nd shift from 1600h to 2400h and third shift 2400h to 0800h) including sundays and holidays all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. :- T0tal(- 03 Nos 0f FGM)

The central sewage plant consisting of the following machineries Centrifugal non clog type pump-motor set of capacity 7.5 HP - 02 Nos

Transformer 63 KVA capacity with two pole structure - 01 No

Submersible pump set with starter of capacity 7 HP - 02 Nos. (Make-Kishore)

Submersible pump set with starter of capacity 3/4 HP - 02 Nos.(Make - Kishore)

Submersible pump set (Aerator) with starter of capacity 7 HP - 02 Nos.

DG set of capacity 30 KVA, make Greaves - 01 Nos.

LT panel with MCB/MCCB - 03 Nos.

Resource management of MES Electrical receiving station for Md/OTM Accn at Darjipura with one electrician and one mate electrician cum FGM in each shift round the clock (ie 03 electrician and 03 mate electrician cum FGM) including sundays and holidays for manning installation all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Total (03 Nos 0f electrician & 03 Nos of Electrician Cum FGM)

1st shift - 0800h to 1600h

2nd shift - 1600h to 2400h

3rd shift - 2400h to 0800h

Main receiving station consisting of the following :-

Main receiving four pole structure (MES) for incoming - (01 Nos)

Outgoing HT feeder to Md/OTM Accn on two pole structure - (06 Nos)

Main receiving station bldg including installations and surrounding area should be maintained neat and clean.

Maintain a record of breakdown of power supply from GEB and shut down given by tradesmen. Before taking any shutdown contractor shall intimate JE E/M and AGE E/M and shut down shall be taken only in presence of JE E/M.

Electrician/FGM should be ITI pass in the trade or 10th pass with minimum 3 years experience in the field.

Electrician/FGM shall perform any duties other than in contract relevent to the connected works detailed by JE E/M or AGE E/M when required urgently.

Contractor shall be ensure that no worker shall work more than 48 hours in a week.

Contractor shall provide the uniform as prescribed to the tradesmen as per MES code. In case the tradesmen is not wearing uniform, necessary recovery will be made from the bill due to contractor.

Contractor shall provide the necessary T & P, fuse wire, and safety equipments (Hand gloves, fuse rod etc) as own arrangement.

Contractor shall ensure that shift staff should be relived with proper handing/taking, the staff do not absent without intimation to concerned JE E/M and AGE E/M, compensation shall be leviable as per contract procedures.

Contractor shall maintaine the Log sheet, attendance register, shut down register, duty roaster.

Contractor shall provide life insurance of min 1 Lakh to all the employed manpower & copy of life insurance shall be deposited with department within one month of acceptance.

Contractor shall fully responsible for any untoward incidents due to negligence of staff.

Note : Contractor shall maintain the sub station clear and tidy manner and as well as cutting the grass, small plant, and other materials spread in and around the sub station as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of the said as aspect. If the plant not maintained properely as directed by the dept, necessary penal recovery shall be effected from the bill amount.

Necessary documents like Attendance Register, LogBook Register, ITI Certificate for the tradesmen, Proof Of Wage Payment In the Bank, Proof Of EPF And ESI Payment, Group Insurance etc shall be produced to the dept at the time of claiming payment without fail. No payments shall be entertained by the dept in the absence of the said documents.
