Excavation in trenches,in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable,RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified. Note:-The back fill shall be neatly rounded/levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6(a) of SSR-2009

M & L for river sand cushioning using river sand for protection of underground cable providing with a layer 8cm before laying and 15cm after laying complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

M&L for laying common burnt bricks, sub class 'B', of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement Street light timer analog clock type 3 module with battery backup, programable for every 15 Min, and connected to existing power contact for controlling complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Power Contactor of 3 Phase, 40 Amps, 4 Pole, in existing Street light panel and connection with bus bar / cable with copper wire complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for MCB TPN in repair/replacement of 63 Amp 415 V complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 16 KA, 4 Pole 63 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts etc complete required for fixing the new one all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for fixing of MCCB 415 V, 16 KA, 4 Pole 125 A including taking down old burn out MCCB and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts etc complete required for fixing the new one all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for fixing of on load change over 415 V, 4 Pole 63 A including taking down old burn out Change over and making necessary arrangement for fixing the new one like cutting, welding, thimble of suitable size, nuts & bolts etc complete required for fixing the new one all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of LT junction box outdoor, single door of size minimum 1 x 0.6 x 0.6 m (i.e 1 m height, 0.6 Mtr width and 0.6 mtr depth) or suitble higher size made out of CRCA Sheet of 3.15 mm thick with powder coated painting frame made out of flat iron 45 x 45 x 6 mm and four numbers of 100 Amps aluminum bars duly mounted on insulators / suitable size Bakelite sheet fixed horizontally including making necessary drilling on bus bars for fixing of out going cable upto 50 Sqmm XLPE - 05 Nos with minimum gap as per IE standards and one No MCCB of capacity 63 A, 4 Pole, 415 V 25 KA complete ( free space between MCCB / busbar and other connection items should be provided,) including fixing arrangement on poles at the height upto 1.5 Mtrs by using suitable size of iron flat bracket, nuts & bolts, danger notice sticker, cable glands, internal wiring with FRLS copper wires of suitable size complete all as specified and directed Note : Before placing the order the contractor should submit the Drg for approval of AGE(I)

Material and labour for revitalization of eathing pits to get desired resistance value by excavation not less than 0.6x0.6x1.5 Mtrs around the earth plate shown at various location to access the condition of earth plate and filling with coal, salt in layers complete and measure the earth value after completion of re-vitalization work to get desired earth result less than 5 Ohms including fixing the watering pipe of 1.2 Mtrs long GI pipe medium grade 15 mm dia and making good the earth pit chamber complete all as specified and directed

Dismantiling / taking down LED/ FTL light fitting of any wattage and type street light / security lights of any capacity & description from exising LT pole/walls, at any height and refixing the fittings in existing / another location after repair work or carrying to credit complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) Replacement of defective parts accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A' as supply and fix in repair. (ii) Transport and T & P i.e. Ladder, spanners or any other equipment for repair of street light shall be provided by Contractor and cost for the same deemed to be included in respective item of Sch 'A'

Supply & fix in repair LED Driver of 48 Watt of suitable make and model as per exisiting LED 48 Watt Street light fitting complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & fix in repair LED Driver of 25 Watt of suitable make and model as per exisiting LED 25 Watt Street light fitting complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair for street light brackets made of 25 mm dia G.I. Pipe light grade in shape and angle as directed not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in length fixed to pole with suitable size of M.S. flat iron clamps, 2 Nos, M.S nut & bolt with cup washers including dismantling old rusted/unserviceable bracket with its rusted clamps and nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of XLPE cable upto 25 Sqmm by disconnecting the cable from loop in loop out box, cutting the wornout insulated cable, removing the loop from the ground and re-preparing the cable for thimbling by using nuts, thimbles with proper tools and re-connect the cable at Jn box by using nuts and bolts of suitable size as existing (street light) and closing the box properly as previous complete all as specified and directed Note : Nuts & bolts, thimble & insulation tape required for connection and making good deemed to be included in quoted rate

S&F in replacement Stay assembly complete with Stay Rod 20 mm dia accessories as shown in stay assembly electrical plate No. 1 in SSR-1 along with 02 Nos loop insulators, stay clamps, including excavation , refilling, and PCC 1:3:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch upto Three Phase, 5 kW using Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of Street Lights, 3 nos. Contactors, 3 nos. Incoming MCBs & 3 nos. Outgoing MCBs of 16-20 Amps each & Circuit wiring (Copper) of min.10 sq.mm. Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 30 Lux and for Switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 hrs. to max. 12 hrs. The Sensor along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Enclosure conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. Sensor By-Pass option) with necessary clamps, and connecting to existing XLPE Cables complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 3 core 1.5 sqmm 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694, multistranded with Rigid Heavy duty PVC Conduit of 20 mm dia with bends from Junction box to connector of Street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and FR XPLE Round Sheathed, G.I armoured, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 3 core 2.5 sqmm 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 1554 Part-I, multistranded from Junction box to connector of Highmast light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting with and including individual high power 45 watt LED new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast alu with secondary optics, suitable for outdoor use IP 66, connected with connecting cable complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting with and including individual high power 25 watt LED new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast alu with secondary optics, suitable for outdoor use IP 66, connected with connecting cable complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of Flood light of any wattage and type with LED Flood light of 150 Watt Symetrical illumination, along with Driver assembly as per OEM Specifications, Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP66 flood light and connecting up existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of existing Post light of any type and wattage with New generation, LED Post Top light of wattage 25 Watt, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs as light source complete and connecting up with exisitng cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of existing loop in-out junction box with non metalic PVC junction box suitable of size 350 x 250 x 150 with connector 4 way and including one MCB SP 6 A, 230V alongwith 2 Nos 'C' Clamps and back clamp made up of 20x3 flat iron and fixing on pole with necessary nuts bolts, washers, 2 Nos cable glands of size not exc 4 core 25 sqmm, Cable lugs as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement MCB SP 6A, 10 kA, C Curve complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Dismantling of existing ACSR conductor of any size and fixing new ACSR conductor of any size as directed on insulator on existing Poles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dismantling of existing Pin insulator and fixing new PIN insulator of 1100 Voltage grade, porcelain, vitreous, brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including for Dismantling of exisitng Cross arms on existing LT poles complete all as specified and as directed.
