Supply of 420 GSM Geo-textile Composite Mega bags of size 2.0 m x 1.5 m (pillow type, net filled capacity 0.75 cum/bag, weight = 1350 kg/bag) made of composite layer of geo textile. (a) Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geotextile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Geo-textiles used to manufacture geo-textile bags should have high mechanical properties for enhanced durability along with enhanced puncture, abrasion and U.V. resistance characteristics. Geo-textile should be inert to biological degradation and resistant to naturally encountered chemicals, alkalies and acids. (1) Weight (ISO-9864/ASTMD 5261) > 210 Gms / Sq.m. (2) Tensile Strength (ASTMD 4595) = > 35 KN / M. (3) Tensile Elongation (ASTMD 4595) = > 5% <30% (4) Grab Tensile Strength (ASTMD 4632) = 1.5 KN. (5) Apparent opening size (ASTMD 4751) = 150 Micron. (6) UV Resistance (ASTMD 4355) = 70% / 500 hrs. (b) Non woven Geo-textile for the inner layer. It is needle punched non woven geo-textile made of 100 % Polypropylene staple fibres which are formed into a random network for dimensional stability. It should resist UV degradation, rotting and alkalis. (1) Weight (ISO - 9864 / ASTMD 5261) > 210 Gms/Sq.m. (2) Tensile Strength (ASTMD 4595 ) = > 8 KN/M. (3) Tensile Elongation (ASTMD 4595) = > 30% < 90% (4) Grab Tensile Strength (ASTMD 4632) = 0.8 KN. (5) Apparent opening size (ASTMD 4751) = 100 Micron. (6) UV Resistance (ASTMD 4355) = 70% / 500 hrs.
SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS AS PER APPROVED SPECIFICATION. Silver Sand stacked at site. Note: 1. The above rates are inclusive of all charges such as Royalty, Supervision Charges, etc. and also include allowance for sinkage, as applicable, and/or shrinkage and 10% Contractor’s Profit but exclusive of GST.
Filling, loading/unloading & dumping/ placing of 420 GSM geo-composite Mega Bag of size ( 2.0 m X 1.5 m) (pillow type) with sand (Net filled volume of each mega bag= 0.75 cum.) to weight 1350 Kg , including four line stitching the mouth of filled mega bags by using polypropylene thread as per design including carriage, labour charges, fuel and hire charges of all machineries such as hoppers, Back Hoe loaders/Bull dozer, Crane, barge mounted crane for placing/dumping of mega bag, diver for the observation of dumped mega bag under water, motorized boat of size (10.00 m × 2.75 m) for the movement of labours, officers as per requirement etc. with all lead and lift and overheads if any as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of sand/filler material.
Hydrographic survey to depict river/reservoir bed profile and preparation of maps in requisite scales to supply them in both soft and hard formats with four copies complete, including cost of manpower, labour, surveying instruments, camp equipage, transportation, etc, as per directions of engineer-in-charge At 5 m grid interval. (For 05 (five) time survey, Area surveyed each time = 0.16 sq. Km. Hence, Total area to be surveyed = 05 times x 0.16 sq km = 0.800 sq km)
