Overhauling of Net Winch: Net winch to be removed from position,main shaft bushes found worn out ,same to be procured,machined and fitted, heavy sound observed while shooting / hauling the net,same te rectified, The winch is to be overhauled. The brake band liners worn out are to be renewed. Winch corroded / deteriorated plates are to be renewed. Net winch motor Alignment to be done. Pneumatic control system at winch hub is to be serviced and rubber seals are to be renewed. winch alignement to be done with motor,gear box,clutch and rope drums and satisfactory trials to be showned to ship staff.Procure and supply of all required materials like Brake ferrodo liners,copper rivits,ss bolts and nuts,grease nipples ,foundation bolts,gauge glass,consumables,drilling of foundation holes,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope

Overhauling of Split winch: Split winch to be removed from position, guide rollers (P & S) corroded and damaged are to be renewed. winches to be lifted and refitted for foundation plates renewal. Split winch worn out brake liners are to be renwed and brake system is to be serviced. Gear box seals changed,winch alignement to be done with motor,gear box,clutch and drums and satisfactory trials to be showned to ship staff.Procure and supply of all required materials like seals, Brake ferrodo liners,copper rivits,ss bolts and nuts,grease nipples,foundation bolts,gauge glass ,consumables,drilling of foundation holes,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope.

Overhauling of Derrick winch: Derrick winch to be removed from position,Overhauled,made operational and trials to be showned (electrical/hydraulic).Derrick Arm Removal & Refitment on Deck,Procure and supply of all required materials ,consumables,welding,buildups and cutting works are in contractor scope

FW AND SW hydrophore: Fresh water and Sea water Hydro-phore system, Hydro-phore tanks are to be cleaned and pressure tested. The defective gauges,gauge lines,cocks ,gaskets and faulty switches are to be procured and fitted.satisfactory operaion showned.

ME coolers overhauling: All main engine coolers i.e fresh water, sea water, lube oil cooler, gear oil cooler, after cooler are to be reomved from the position ,shifted to workshop,dismantled,overhauled,chemically cleaned,inspect the end covers and tube nest,end covers to be repaired,required tubes to be blanked,pressure tested at shell side and tube side,showned to ship staff,assembled with new gaskets,painted and ss fasteners,fitted in position,satisfactory operation to be showned to ship staff.all consumables,cooler end covers,drain cock valves gaskets,ss fasteners,cooper plugs,neoprene joints, paint,drian plugs,chemicals,zinc anodes with brass adaptors are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.all machining works,end cover metal buildup works,welding and brazing works are in contractor scope.

FO purifier: Old fuel oil purifier to be removed and new Fuel oil purifier to be installed onboard.

Air bottles overhauling: Air bottles (2Nos.) are to be serviced and pressure tested and pressure relief valves are to be calibrated.all consumables,drain cock valves, gaskets,ss fasteners,paint,drian plugs,chemicals, are procure,supply and fitment in contractor scope.

ME FW expension tank: Main engine fresh water expansion tank sight glass to be provided.All materials like sight glass,cocks, guard and fasteners to be procured and fitted on board
