Checking and testing of EDWARD Type Mill Hydraulic Accumulators (At Kichha Sugar Co. site)
Refilling of Mill Hydraulic Accumulators (At Kichha Sugar Co. site) up to 2500 lb/sq.in.(180 kg.sq.cm)
Modification of mill hydraulic unit: The Scope of work includes dismantling of hydraulic caps, providing rubber ring/bucket to ensure make hydraulic leak proof complete assembly of the unit & giving its satisfactory trial for leak proof working of the unit.
SUPPLY OF:-
EPE make Gas filled valve for Hydraulic Accumulators
M.S. Union Socket 1.1/4" (as per sample)
M.S. Nipple, as per sample 1.1/4"
M.S. Elbow 1¼"
M.S. Pipe 1¼" for Hydraulic- 3 mtr. Length
Pressure Gauge for Hydraulic (as per sample)
Supply of hydraulic accumulator rubber bladder with fitting etc.
Instalation and comiising of 8 no already exiting hydraulic acumelator on each mill in 1 central position with complete gauge panel and valve fitting and hydraulic pipe lining from central position to each mill including supply of hydraulic pipe, elbow, union socket extra. With succeful leack proof trail of installed Hydraulic accumulator.
