Biennial contract for repairing and maintenance of sanitary and plumbing works in and around plant premises of STPS

(I)Miscellaneous sanitary & plumbing works including supply of materials as per requirement. (II) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of Ferrule & Ferrule Connection (III) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of G.I/P.V./U.P.V.C pipe works and its Fittings. (IV) Repairing, renewing & tit-bit original works of cisterns, G.I/P.V.C Tanks with Parts. Quantity:- As per actual execution Unit:-AT PAR current DSR rates (DSR Vol- I w.e.f. 01.04.21 & Vol-II of 2023) of CPWD and for the items not available at DSR, payment will be made at actual basis on submission of original invoice. Estimated expenditure limit:-Rs.12,00,000/- The bidder put the value in the Rate column =(Estimated value +/- their % calculation of rate quoted on estimated expenditure limit) Example :- Quoted value =(12,00,000+12,00,000 X 5%)=Rs.12,60,000/- , So the bidder after calculation only put the Rs.12,60,000.00 in the rate column. OR Quoted value =(12,00,000-12,00,000 X 5%)=Rs.11,40,000/-, So the bidder after calculation only put the Rs.11,40,000.00 in the rate column.

Total wage including 'OVERHEAD & PROFIT' for engagement of following workers for attending day to day all types of sanitary and plumbing works at STPS (Inside and outside Power House). Agreemental -A worker[Rate-I] =01 head. (NOTE: Please see page 12 for ‘WAGE ESTIMATE’ reference ) NOTE: In case of item no.2 (i.e. manpower related items) of BOQ, bidder should quote the ‘Total wage including overhead & profit’ after keen consideration of the ‘Wage Estimate’ of the workers as given in this NIT. If any negative quote (i.e. quote less than the given ‘Wage Estimate’) has been found in case of item no.2 (i.e. manpower related items) of BOQ, the respective bid shall liable for CANCELLATION automatically.

Engagement of Agreemental-A (rate 1), Non-Agreemental workers for extra hours over and above normal duty hours for exigency work, as and when required as per direction of EIC (if required). 1) EXPENDITURE LIMIT for OVERTIME for Agreemental-A (rate-I) workers as and when required as per direction of EIC. (Maximum limit of OT/extra hour duty is 15 hour per month per head) [360 hrs x 192.76= Rs. 69393.60] 2) EXPENDITURE LIMIT for OVERTIME for Non-Agreemental workers as and when required as per direction of EIC. (Maximum limit of OT/extra hour duty is 15 hour per month per head) [360 hrs x 99.76= Rs. 35913.60] Payment against these items shall be made on actual performance/attendance basis EXPENDITURE LIMIT for OVERTIME is Rs. 1,05,307.20/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period. [Based on wage estimate w.e.f.01.01.2026] NOTE: There will be no overhead/profit applicable on over time performed by the workers. Over time rate escalation to be reimbursed accordingly w.e.f. 01.01.2026. [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.4 as the amount Rs. 1,05,307.20/- will be added in the total amount 'at par']

Cost of premium towards Employees Compensation Policy and GPA EXPENDITURE LIMIT for Cost of premium towards Employees Compensation Policy and GPA is Rs. 7,681.35/- (exclusive of GST) for 02 years period. NOTE: There will be no overhead/profit applicable for these item. Payment against these items shall be made with submission of supporting documents [Bidder needs not to quote against this item cell i.e item sl.no.5 of the BOQ as the amount Rs. 7,681.35/- will be added in the total amount 'at par']
