BOQ ( Sch A ) M & L for Cleaning of blocked sewage lines (SWG/RCC/CI PIPES) 100mm/150mm/200mm bore dia. systematically using necessary tools mechanically and /or manually such as by rodding, passing rop knots, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure such as dirt and gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps of any depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing in earth pit of suitable size with and including necessary excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor or his authorised rep shall attend day to day complaints related to sewage and drainage works during working hours at 9AM and shall report back at every evening at 5PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion of work. Rs 125/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor on account of non attending of any complaint (each complaint) within 48 hours.

Taking of existing manhole covers and cleaning of desludging silt, brick bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid / semisolid state from the manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, sludgging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the man hole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m, with and including execavation and earth work in any type of soil for newly excavated pits of suitable size, depositing the sludge in newly excavated pit and covering with excavated earth and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as directed for manholes of depth not exceeding 1.00 meter. Note:- (i) Rate quoted by contractor shall include excavation and earth work of pit in any type of soil. (ii) No extra payment shall be made for de-watering which shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor. (iii) Necessary T&P, equipments and safety wears/measures shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to Govt. (iv) The contractor or his authorised rep shall attend day to day complaints related to sewage and drainage works during working hours at 9AM and shall report back at every evening at 5PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion of work. Rs 125/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor on account of non attending of any complaint (each complaint) within 48 hours.

Taking off existing covers of septic tanks & cleaning of septic tank of any size/capacity by dewatering and taking out sludge in liquid mud, silt or in solid state after emptying the solid/waste water by manual or by mechenical means and removing the sludge to a distance n. exc 50m and burying the sludge in newly excavated pit of suitable sizes with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and covering the same with excavated earth and placing in position the removed covers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor or his authorised rep shall attend day to day complaints related to sewage and drainage works during working hours at 9AM and shall report back at every evening at 5PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion of work. Rs 125/- per complaint shall be recovered from the contractor on account of non attending of any complaint (each complaint) within 48 hours.

Cleaning of blocked sewage lines/manhole bloakages (including WC, Urinal, kitchen and bathroom) systematically, using necessary tools mechanically and /or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure such as dirt and gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage/roots of tree etc including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing in earth pit of suitable size with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. Complaint shall be received by contractor/by auth rep from office at 9 AM.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil for foundation etc or for manholes, shafts etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SWG, AC or RCC) of any size set in cement mortar incl cement concrete bedding haunching etc and removing from site to a distance n exc 50m as directed all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 mm bore salt glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement sand mortar 1:1 with spun yarn complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, including spareading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 Cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 type (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors and paving etc all complete all as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 25mm thick with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and pigment, area of each tile exceeding 0.05 sqm but not exceeding 0.09 sqm, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors,laid over with and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Restraining, resecuring including making good Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling chain link fencing wire mesh, of any type and size and refixing chain link fencing of any type fixed to RCC / steel post with mild steel flat & nut bolt etc,including necessary bolting complete complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling mild steel or wrought iron work in roof trusses, gratings etc and similar works complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) plain bend of any radius with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) plain bend of any radius with rubber ring joints complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for includig reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, quality conforming to IS 1786-1985 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast cover slab for man holes, drains, channels etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all specified and directed.

S & F MS steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, quality conforming to IS 1786-1985 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of pre-cast block walling / brick work or stone/boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub class B Bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in suface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered, riveted or forged into spikes,framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blasters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts dia 11 to 15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exceeding 5cm long but n.exc 15 cm long complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 9mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but not exc 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 9mm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/hard standing pavement/ path finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
