Demolishing of RCC by mechanical/manual means and stock piling at designated locations, chipping, etc. and disposing off all the debris outside the plant premises, stacking, serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement, etc. complete as directed.

Demolishing brickwork masonary by mechanical/manual means including stacking of serviceable material disposing of all debris outside the plant premises at the risk and cost of the contractor and as directed by the Engineer.

Removal of doors, and windows (steel , guard bar or wooden) Area below 3 sq.m. including cost of stacking,cutting, etc. at the risk and cost of the contractor and as directed by the Engineer.

Demolishing tile work in floor for 10mm to 25mm thick tiles laid in cement mortar and stacking the material within 50 M lead.

Dismantaling of old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish outside the plant premises.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum/wooden partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth coarse goma sand under floors including watering, ramming,consolidating and dressing etc. complete and as directed.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of approved quality in foundation, plinth, pavements, (plinth beams and under floor) including ramming, leveling, curing, form work wherever necessary etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete of grade 1: 1.5 : 3( 1cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate of approved quality all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement .

Providing and fixing, centering and shuttering including strutting propping, etc. for RCC works including removal of form work after concreting for foundation footing base of Column, PCC, Plinth, beams, coping, slab, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer.

Providing,laying & fixing in position TMT bars of grade Fe 500 D or more for reinforcement at all levels, for RCC in situ work including cost of straightening, cutting, bending & binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks, etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying brick masonry using burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 for walls/pillars/steps/trenches, etc. at all levels & in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6 including cost of raking of joints, curing, including providing RCC band at indicated levels (RCC band will be paid separately), etc. all complete at all levels as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 6 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside surface proportion over brick masonry walls upto 15 mtr. height and concrete surfaces including raking of joints, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, scaffolding, providing grooves etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including removal of all existing layers of whitewash/distemper over cemented surface including necessary scaffolding etc and necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Providng and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, JK or equivalent of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc. complete as per directed by E.I.C.

Providing and applying one or more coat of water/oil or any suitable primer Cement base primer/Oil base primer on old surfaces for making suitable for applying next finishing coat of any type including surface preparation & filling of cracks, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic emulsion of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade having high washability and longer durability on walls, columns, ceiling, etc. (on new or old work) to give an even shade including removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, etc. filling of nail holes and depression with putty of J.K. or equivalent make wall putty repairs and preparing surfaces upto the height of 15 mtrs. including scaffolding, cleaning the splashes on doors, floors, etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, window, Ventilators of fixed or sliding type both for glazing and wiremesh shutter with extruded built up standard tubular section/appropriate Z Section and other section of approved make confarming to IS-733 and IS-1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screw or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including filling of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with weather silicon sealent, powder coated Aluminium sections (minium thickness of powder coating 50 Micron) of required shade of including cost of a cleat angle on, S. S. Screws , aluminium snap beading and fitting of all types like tower bolt locking arrangement, handles, stoppers, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 5 mm thickness ( Wt. not less than 12.50 Kg/Sqm. ) of clear float/frosted/Bajara sheet glass/laminated particle board to M/s. Triveni/Shree Vallabh/IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufactuer and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/window) including fixing beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/gasket accommodated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws, etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying vitrifed floor / dado tiles in size of tile 500 X 500 approx. (Thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) water absorption less than 0.08 % and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved make,in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortor 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg./Sqm. including skirting grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fxing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut marble for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss fnish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and applying two or more coats of exterior emulsion of Premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon addetive of APEX of ASIAN or equivalent make of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade applied @ 1.43 lit/10 Sqm.over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 lit/10 Sqm to give an even shade; including cost of scaffoldings, etc. at all heights as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.(In any case it will not be permitted to carry out the job without proper metallic scaffolding and platform at height more than 2.5 m)

Providing & fixing tiled false ceiling with new grid using 6mm thick Cement bonded designer particle board /Fiber Cement board like 'Bison' Designer Board / 'V' Board from Visaka or similar products from Everest/RAMCO or any reputed make with texture on one face of approved pattern conforming to IS 14862-2000 of size 595x595 mm finished with one coat of cement primer on both sides and edges and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of Asian or any reputed make on exposed face & edges, including providing and fixing interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm c/c, and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made out of 0.30 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle precoated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm c/c with 25 mm long dry wall screws including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, smoke detectors etc., wherever required.
