Hiring 03 Nos. of Mahindra Neo A/C vehicles 6 plus 1 seater with GPS fitted 2026 model onwards for 2500km per month on 12Hrs duty basis for conveyance of officials of RPCL -YTPS project locations for a period of two years (Extendable by one more year on satisfactory service)

The bidder shall have provided at least 02(one) numbers of vehicles (Tata sumo/ Mahindra Bolero/Neo). In proof of this, the bidder should submit single work order coy of having provided 02 numbers of vehicles(Tata sumo/ Mahindra Bolero/Neo) and work completion certificate for the said work issued by competent authority in any of the preceding five financial years i.e., 2025-26,2024-25, 2023-24,2022-23, 2021-22.

The Bidder shall be a regular Contractor / agency and shall have proven experience in providing similar vehicles(Tata sumo/ Mahindra Bolero/Neo) to Govt., Organizations / Public Sector Undertakings / Institutions/MNCs..

The bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an annual turnover of Rs. 45.56Lakhs in at least two financial years in any of the preceding five financial years i.e., 2025-26, 2024-25, 2023-24,2022-23, 2021-22.As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant.

The bidder should have executed the contracts successfully to the satisfaction of the order placing party without any default. The bidder shall have to submit the experience/performance certificates(s) in original in this regard. The experience/performance certificates(s) should reflect minimum quantities as stated above for minimum qualifying criteria.

Experience as sub-contractor / Consortium member / Joint Venture shall not be considered for qualifying the experience criteria specified in PQR

RPCL also reserves the right to seek such additional information as it may deemed fit to satisfy itself of the eligibility of the Bidder.

The Bidder cannot submit multiple bids for each tender.

RPCL also reserve the right to obtain income tax data like 26AS form along with GST invoices pertaining to work done produced by the bidder if required during technical evaluation stage including payment received bank statement etc in the same financial year.
