Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Various Street Lights ( 24W LED Street Lights, 100W Mini Mast Street Lights and 200W High Mast Lights)

24W LED Street Lights Annual Maintenance Contract for existing 24W LED Street Lights installed at various locations within the jurisdiction of Parappanangadi Municipality, for a period of 12 months from the date of Work Order, on a per-light-per-year basis. The rate shall include complete routine and corrective maintenance required to keep the covered 24W LED street lights in proper and continuous working condition, including inspection, fault detection, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections and wiring, replacement/repair of defective LED modules, LED drivers, connectors, holders, fuses, terminals, junction/connection accessories, timers and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing, commissioning, transportation, labour, tools, testing instruments, ladders/access arrangements, safety equipment, PPE and all other incidental works and expenses necessary for restoration of the light to proper working condition. The contractor shall attend and rectify reported faults within the prescribed time and shall be responsible for the final functional outcome. All replaced/unserviceable Municipality-owned components shall be handed over to the Municipality and recorded in the prescribed Unserviceable/Removed Items Register. The quoted rate shall be firm and inclusive of all costs except applicable GST, which shall not be included in the quoted rate

100W Mini Mast Street Lights Annual Maintenance Contract for existing 100W Mini Mast Street Light installations at various locations within the jurisdiction of Parappanangadi Municipality, for a period of 12 months from the date of Work Order, on a per-light-per-year basis. The rate shall include complete routine and corrective maintenance of the lighting installation, including inspection, fault identification, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections, wiring and associated accessories, repair/replacement of defective 100W LED lighting units/modules/drivers, fuses, connectors, terminals, contactors, timers, control/connection accessories and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing and commissioning, and all incidental works necessary for restoration of the installation to proper working condition. The rate shall also include all manpower, qualified personnel, tools, testing instruments, transportation, ladders/lifting/access arrangements, work-at-height safety arrangements, PPE and other equipment/resources required for safe execution of Mini Mast maintenance. The contractor shall be responsible for the final functional outcome and shall rectify reported faults within the prescribed time. All replaced/unserviceable Municipality-owned components shall be physically handed over to the Municipality and recorded in the prescribed Unserviceable/Removed Items Register. 200W High Mast Lights Annual Maintenance Contract for existing 200W High Mast lighting installations at various locations within the jurisdiction of Parappanangadi Municipality, for a period of 12 months from the date of Work Order, on a per-light-per-year basis. The rate shall include complete routine and corrective maintenance required for proper functioning of the covered 200W High Mast lighting system, including inspection, fault identification, attending complaints, repair of electrical connections, wiring and associated accessories, repair/replacement of defective 200W LED lighting units/modules/drivers, fuses, connectors, terminals, contactors, timers, control/connection accessories, cables and other components wherever covered under the approved BOQ/technical specification, dismantling and refitting, testing and commissioning, and all incidental works necessary for restoration of the lighting system to proper working condition. The rate shall include all skilled manpower, qualified personnel, specialised tools and testing instruments, transportation, suitable lifting/access equipment, work-at-height arrangements, safety equipment, PPE and all other resources required for safe execution of High Mast maintenance. The contractor shall be responsible for the final functional outcome and shall rectify reported faults within the prescribed time. All replaced/unserviceable Municipality-owned components shall be physically handed over to the Municipality and recorded in the prescribed Unserviceable/Removed Items Register. The quoted rate shall be firm and inclusive of all costs except applicable GST, which shall not be included in the quoted rate.
