The following machinery units are to be removed from position, shifted to along side for steel renewals purpose. And the firm has to undertake the work as per SoW of Annexure-A . After completion of steel renewals same units to be fitted back and proved the system.
ATU UNIT (CAPACITY - 70kw): Scope of work: ATU unit to be removed from position, related pipe liners to be removed. After steel renewal same unit to be fitted back and satisfactory operation to be shown to ship staff.
AC PLANT UNIT (CAPACITY - 70kw): Scope of work: AC plant unit to be removed from position, AC sea water cooler to be removed from position. Before removal, gas (R-22) to be pump down to empty cylinders. After completion of steel renewals, plant to be fitted in positon. system vaccume test and pressure test to be carried out. New gas to be charged, system to be proved. (New gas (R-22) to be supplied and charged into system is contractor scope, quantity of R-22 gas is 25kgs) all brazing works and consumables in contractor scope.
PROVISION PLANT UNIT (CAPACITY - 3kw): Scope of work: Provision plant unit along with accessories to be removed from position. Before removal, gas (R-22) to be pump down to empty cylinders. after completing of steel renewals, plant to be fitted in position. system vaccum test and pressure test to be carried out. New gas to be charged, system to be proved. (New gas (R-22) to be supplied and charged into system is contractor scope, quantity of R-22 gas is 15kgs) all brazing works and consumables in contractor scope.
